Hi, I have changed a site from Jupiter6 to JupiterX but want to work with WP Bakery as well because of the portfolio we still want to keep.
I installed plugins WP Bakery and Donut. But now, I only see dummy images display in portfolio (https://staging.hollandsestijl.nl/partners/). I know it’s a BFI_thumb issue.
I’ve read your article https://themes.artbees.net/docs/custom-image-sizes-issues/ and checked the permissions of upload folder and BFI_tumb. It’s correct, 755. I can’t locate the BMI_thumb.php because /themes/jupiter/framework/includes/. doesnt exist.
I can’t make a ticket (although I have 17 licenses) and because it’s such a technical question, and it’s out of my hands, I’m wondering if you can help me?

Are you using Portfolio element on the page? Try to change Image Size option to Original in the Portfolio element settings and regenerate thumbnails with the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ . Is your support expired that you can’t create a ticket? It’s better if you extend your support subscription to get the support. Thank you.
Hi, already tried regenerating thumbnails. The images show in the backend, not on frond (sometimes only a few). To save time, I rebuild it with Elementor.

You have purchased WordPress theme which you need to install via Appearance > Themes in your WordPress dashboard, then you can customize it to your needs and also install demo templates. I have two licenses of JupiterX. I’ve first registered with an e-mail that I have no access now. I login to the artbees account and changed e-mail and password, but seems I typed it wrong and know have no access to account anymore. Can you help? This is the email I want to login with: web@dunky.pt
I was able to install theme again and ask for registering with correct purchase code. Now I have a new account but I’m not being able to re-register because there’s an API already created on other account. It is, in fact, the same domain. Just want those API transferred to this new Artbees account.

We can change the email address of another account to a new one and you’ll be able to revoke API keys. Please provide a new email which is not added in the Artbees Database, and we’ll change it. You can use it without license, but you won’t get the premium features as demo templates, automatic updates and support won’t be provided for those domains. If you are using 3 different domains, you need to buy 3 licenses and register the theme for each domain. Thank you for understanding.

Having the same issue as skouk when I try to activate Jupiter X core. This is ridiculous and I think it’s robbery that I would need to pay to extend support when you keep messing with the template.

Installation crashes my site! As soon as I install the Jupiter X theme and activate the Jupiter X plugin, I get an error “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” The theme looks good but is impossible to use!

Hi Artbees support, thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I am not able to create the support topic, as my support period has expired. I paid for the theme a while ago but never got to use it. Now that I am ready to build a site with it, I just need help installing it as the activation of Jupiter X core crashes my site. If I require more support in the future, I will definitely purchase extended support, but for now I just need to be able to install the theme. Thank you.

Could you please add this code in the wp-config.php file?

Then check the site again. You should see some fatal error instead of “There has been a critical error on this website” message. Please show a screenshot of this error.
By the way, are you using Woocommerce plugin? If so, did you install the 5.2.2 version of it? If that’s it, please downgrade to the previous Woocommerce version and check the site after that. Regards.
Thank you – I’ve done exactly that, but am getting the same error in the dashboard – There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. I am not using WooCommerce, there are no other plugins activated except for the core WordPress and this theme with 3 plugins.

I am throughly upset that you keep changing this. I updated to find out you use elementor, and now my site is not working correctly and elementor is buggy as hell and can’t do simple things. So very frustrated.

In ThemeForest package we provide 2 archives – jupiter.zip for Jupiter 6 theme with WPBakery Page Builder plugin bundled, and jupiterx.zip for Jupiter X theme where Elementor plugin is used to create pages. If you want to use WPBakery, you need to install Jupiter 6 theme (download full ThemeForest package, not just theme archive). Gutenberg editor can be used as well for both themes. Regards.
What I mean is, the Jupiter 6 theme is running already. But when I open Gutenberg editor I see none of the Jupiter elements available.
Jupiter elements are not included in the Gutenberg editor. They are provided only for the WPBakery editor. So if you want to use Jupiter elements, you need to install WPbakery Modified version via Jupiter > Control Panel > Required Plugins and create/edit pages in WPBakery builder. Thank you.
