i got my site working and i love ur template. i am having 1 issue with the font color on my slider. i need to change it from black to the yellowish font color on some of the words. the dark background doesnt go well with the black. could you check out my site and let me know how i can change this? viksar.com

Go to theme options > Custom skin, where you can find the color settings for slider title.

Hi Kayapati how do I make one of my displayed pages on my the top menu have drop downs? I have displayed “Services” on my top menu which has supposed to have three submenus as drop downs but they don’t appear the way they should when I hover. Kindly assist. Thanks.
After creating the pages, Go to “Menus”, where you need to select by clicking the check box under pages panel and click the submit button, all the pages are displayed in the menu manager right side, where you can drag & drop top to bottom and as child menu.

hello, i am trying to get the icons to show up, i believe i have uploaded them all. they are not showing for the teaser box or the iconbox in main page content section. any ideas???
did you add teaser boxes first time they appear?
It seems your getting the issue when updating the teaser icons, right?

If you al ready upload an icon for teaser boxes from theme Options, first remove the icons re upload again and test it.
Same thing is happening with your poor customer service regarding the problem that your theme is not working in mobile phones. We have asked you already 6 times, and you never answer back.WHY? I want to know if there is any problem Kayapati…??? Is there? We are pretty much concern in our company with your service regarding these issues, where we do not get any response from you.

Well Kayapati, I find your answer quite disappointing, because your are not telling the truth in your adds. My best and free advice as a business intelligence consultant, is that you don´t advertise what you can´t deliver. Your picture in the add of this theme GLOBEX , shows the image of a mobile phone displaying the theme as it were true that it works..and this is not legal. Besides, something else that your customers are not noticing is that the 1st LOADING TIME of this theme takes over 16 seconds, and the 2nd one over 7 seconds, both times are killers for our businesses, because in this age, mobile phones responsiveness and loading under 6 seconds are vital for a proper market and customer response, due to the poor and medium internet connections that are very common.

Hello kayapati, when I imported this template on my website I didn’t get some of the things that are on the live preview such as little icons on the top navigation bar, the call, fax, or any of that. Could you please check and see why this is? How can I get it to look like the live preview and then just edit from there. This is the link for my website: www.torqueusa.com
you are right, you do not get the font icons few other images, you need to add theme manually.
For adding icons to the menu, please read the help file.
i tried that and it says it cqnnot be installed. theme is missing the style.css stylesheet

did find a folder called “globex.zip” which to be uploaded from wordpresss up loader.
i bought this template and want it to look like the screen shots so i can remove what i dont need. i am not a coder or web person which is why i bought the template but when i loaded it into wordpress, it only comes with 2 pages. is there a way for me to load how screen shoots look then delete what i dont need. sorry if this is a dumb question.
get this XML file and import from your wordpress, then your website looks same like my demo. you can replace your images and text and remove un necessary pages.

it says i am missing css style file when i go to upload. i tried uploading it as a plugin and it also gave me an error. is there a different process to upload this xml file?
you do not upload it as plugin, you have to upload it as theme.
Hello I can not get the Kaya Slider to work. It was originally working but now just says loading and never does anything. I also tried to add the teaser shortcut to show on the homepage, and it won’t display pictures.
it seems your server do not support the timthumb, do this and let me know.
1. go to theme options > General Settings and click on “Disable Timthumb” check box and save changes.

Also, the blog template seems to not be working. I have set a blog page, assigned a template, loaded a test blog and it is empty; I’ve checked to ensure the category this test post is using is not excluded via the theme settings.

Kayapati, hi there? I have a simple question: the new update, should I download again the theme Globex from my account and installed it in my web site, UPLOADING the zip file Globex? Will it disorder the web site?
you can re download and update entire globex if you have not made any changes to the styles.
Most of the changes are done for shortcodes and other small issues.
If made many changes for the styles, you can just replace the “lib” folder.
Note: please make sure back up of your old theme files , those will be useful if any thing goes wrong.
well, I did some changes in the editor of several categories. How and where do I download just the “lib” folder? In the php at the server?
Last issue, please do not forget to work on:
1- the mobile responsiveness of the theme and
2- the loading time of it.
Do you have any idea regarding of the date to fix the mobile responsiveness?

Hi there, as another note, wile Marco doesn’t have script load issue I have - flicker on style and logo - his slider loads the same mine does. It’s a little spotty; will load one, refresh and load another with delay in somewhat reverse order. Seems buggy?

Hello there, great theme! I have a question; just beginning to customize, but I’ve noticed that since I’ve loaded there seems to be a script error/confliction, causing the logo to load without css styling before site/styles/logo loads. I will send you printscreen if you send me email?
