Hi,
When used along with one of the supported marketplace plugins (Supported Marketplace plugins), you can set up commissions (how to set up commissions on iBid).
Regarding the demos on one single website. You can import multiple theme demos in the same site (but some additional styling will be necessary in some cases – some of our demos are built on different WP installations in order to have their own colors/products). Otherwise, you have to do a bit of theme customization in order to have the theme demos in the same site.
One solution can be WP Multisite or let us do the theme customization (you can send us a project brief and we can estimate it for you – via our website)

Hello, first of all I congratulate you for such a great job with this template and its functions.
I have 2 problems: 1. When I create a seller account and try to login, I get “email and password error” when the data is correct. It only lets me login when the popup login modal is enabled. I can’t leave it as a popup window.
2. When I am in the seller dashboard and try to upload a new product image, I get “There has been an error uploading. Please try again later” and it logs the seller out.
I need your help as soon as possible, please.

Hello, I want to ask a few questions before getting your theme.
1- Can I set a participation fee for the auction? Let them load the balance into the system. Let’s say the auction participation fee is $1. 1 dollar drop from their system. I want them to be able to enter after that. Is this possible?
2- They can bid at the rate I set and follow them live. I should be able to arrange the increase in some products, such as $ 10, and some $ 1 myself.
3- Is there a balance loading system? My customers first upload money to the system. This is a necessary thing for them to participate in the auction. Then, they go to the checkout page and pay for the product they’ve won.
4- There must be live tracking during the auction. After the auction has been held, the validity period of the offer should be displayed live. The last minute is like the last 45 seconds. Participants in the auction should be able to see the latest offers.
5- We are planning to hold the auctions on a timely basis. For example, there is an auction at 10 o’clock in the evening. Those who are members must register for this auction. When you register, as I said before, a little amount should be reduced from your balance. When the auction time approaches, customers should go by e-mail.
6- Auction, every click must be renewed. So, in order to avoid any problems, if dozens of people bid at the same time, there should be no problem. As you bid constantly changing.
7- There should also be a bidding fee. Let’s say 1 Turkish liras.
8- All auctions and user balances will be kept in the database and log records will be kept for each user, such as participating in the auctions, giving auctions, increasing and decreasing the balance with the username.

2. You can set different bid values for each auction. If you set this the customers will need to bid exactly the step set by you when adding the product.
3. The 1st point solves this question (customers can purchase credits – and the credits will be used to bid on products).
4. There is a bidding history tab on every product/auction page. Anyone can see who is bidding (admins can also hide the names of the bidders or mask their names via this format: Instead the name “ModelTheme” it will show “M**e”.
5. This exact flow is not a feature of this theme. I mentioned before, clients can purchase credits in order to bid (but after registration). There is a watchlist feature on product pages. If customers choose to add an auction to their watchlist, they will be notified. You cannot spam users with auction emails without their consent.
6. You can test this with multiple browsers directly in our live demo. Usually when an auction is finished and there were two bids with the same value (the first one will win the auction).
7. Solved on 1st point. (This addon needs to be purchased separately from our site).
8. Everything is saved into the database, for each user.

The registration (the normal one, for customers) is the form from WooCommerce. There are plenty of plugins to help you extend it with new fields.
For the vendor application form depending on which marketplace plugin will be used, you can also add new fields, for sure.

The feature you asking for is “Sealed bid” and yes, it’s included in the theme. Take a look at this product, we’ve enabled this function for it: https://ibid.modeltheme.com/product/smartphone-earbuds/
Note: In this type of auction all bidders simultaneously submit sealed bids so that no bidder knows the bid of any other participant. The highest bidder pays the price they submitted. If two bids with same value are placed for auction the one which was placed first wins the auction.

You don’t need to get the PRO version of dokan in order to enable the dashboard. If you already installed dokan, the dashboard page should be available on your site at yoursite.com / dashboard.

By default there is no option to disable product types on woocommerce. Please let me know if you are using any marketplace plugin and if yes, which one?
I have WC Vendors and Dokan installed. In the Marketplace plugin I can see Product Type Specific Category Setup, but there is no auction option. I need to disable these product types, because I’m using the theme only for auctions.

All of our demos can be used as normal shops (without auctions). You can use a product catalog mode plugin if you wish to disable the shopping buttons and only keep the products for portfolio purpose.

Activating the theme is not required. By using the Envato Market plugin, you can enable automatic updates for the theme & the plugins bundled with the theme.

I want to change the language and currency in the same theme, I mean the theme has its own language switcher on the top, how do I add another language to it, I mean the language switcher that comes at the top of the theme, and also the currency converter next to it. Go to the theme and you will see that the theme page at the top has its own language and currency converter at the top of the page. This is what I want to change but how ?
For Language switching + language setup, our recommendation is the WPML plugin (is premium but is the best).
Anyhow, you can use this tutorial in order to learn how to make a site multi language ready.
Note: Each language switcher option come with different links you can put in our header dropdowns and then use them as language switchers. But again, you should first of all setup the languages via a plugin such as WPML.

A 100% usable app for our theme doesn’t exist. You can choose an app based on Flutter (compatible with android and iOS) from CodeCanyon.
What you should follow: To have compatibility with WooCommerce + Dokan or WCFM.
In the next few months we will also release a mobile app for both multi and single vendors.

If you are using the theme for a single vendor shop (where admins will add the auctions) – then you can use this added to embed videos on the featured image position – check out this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-featured-video/
If you use the theme for a multi-vendor marketplace (along with a marketplace supported plugin – Dokan/WCFM) vendors will only be able to add videos on the description area/tab.
This feature is on our todo list and most probably we will implement it for the multi-vendor variant too.
