Sorry my support for this item has expired. When I activate PageSpeed Optimizer the website is going much faster. But the effects of slide feature pictures and Infinity Scrolling Load Posts and some other effects are disabled when accessing with customer. While I access with admin, the effects are still normal. Can you help me re-enable those effects on the website? Thanks!

Hi, my Support for this item has expired (and I no longer need support), but I do have a question about the license.
I decided to change the primary domain of my website. When trying to reinstall the theme this morning (because I wanted to go with an entirely different demo and start from scratch), I got an error message saying that the theme is already registered under the initial domain and that I should buy another license.
Note that I am NOT using this theme on any other website; I simply want to reinstall it under a different primary domain. Can you tell me how to go about resetting my purchase code so that I am not forced to buy a second license when I am only going to be using Soledad on a single site?

Thank you, the amount of customization is awesome. I sent a message through the contact form, there’s a glitch with some spacing under the main menu.
I addition to the gap above, I’m also finding it’s not responsive, and Pagespeed score is bad at this point. I have deactivated all plugins and purged all litespeed caches. Hopefully there’s just some settings I’ve overlooked. I cant submit a ticket so I’m not sure if I should just use the contact form again.

I disabled sticky header and the huge gap went away. Responsive still isn’t responsive, I’m digging into my litespeed and other settings to try to figure it out.
I LOVE this theme and all this customization. I’m really hoping to be able to get green all the way on Pagespeed.

It keeps asking me to verify with envato and doing the same redirection again when pressing on verification. It doesn’t let me submit the ticket.
My concern is with page speed optimiser plugin the form submission is showing error probably due to request timeout. Disabling it removes the error but the pagespeed goes from 90 to 27.

Hi, this is a pre-sale question.
On Soledad Magazine demo https://soledad.pencidesign.net/soledad-magazine/ the mousewheel scroll ‘step’ is longer than normal and longer than it is on the other Soledad’s demos (which are all normal). That’s so long that I think the user doesn’t feel in control.
Is there a way to change it?

I would repay with an advice: it’s good to have such an option, but do yourself a favor and disable it on Magazine demo, which is the your main demo. Maybe you can enable it on a “secondary” demo putting a well visible note “Smooth Scroll enabled” or something like that.
The point is: when a potential buyer tests online demos to choice the theme to buy, he expects to have the same STANDARD experience visitors will have on his website. With smooth scroll it is NOT like that. Furthermore with smooth scroll is very hard to explore those small details which need a slow-paced scrolling. Most of times details are what make you sell the theme beating competitors.
That said, I will drag the browser’s side bar to properly explore that demo

2/ For random products, by default the theme doesn’t support it because we inherit features from Woocommerce itself. If you want to do that, please use more a custom code or a plugin to help you do that.

I am trying to send a new ticket at the support forum for Soledad theme regarding my site.
I have just purchased the support renewal until Nov 7th. The support forum asks once and again for the purchase code but I cannot see where to add it….(see screenshots). Therefore it does not allow me to send a new ticket on the forum.
