Please check if you are running the latest 2.5.2 theme version and that Biagiotti Core plugin is updated to 2.0.2 (please see change log).

The demo keeps getting stucked at 8%. I’ve have all the minimum requirements. So why does this keeps happening?

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.

It is also recommended that if you have some caching solutions on your server or a caching plugin to deactivate it while the demo is being imported.

As you can see the servers are more than capable of running the theme. But the issue that I have is your theme. No there’s no caching solutions on the server or my wordpress installation. The only plugins installed are the ones from your theme. https://prnt.sc/13mqlxt

Hi, I’ve got 2 problems with the website which I cant get to fix:

1. Currently there is a flip on the hover in the shop(showing the add to cart +), I want to replace this with a second image flip. Is there a built in option for this or not? If not, how can I disable the action(hook) that gives me the flip on hover, so I can install a plugin to do it?

2. I tried to install a infinite scroll on my webpage and nothing is working, my question is the same as above, is there a built in option in your theme to enable infinite scroll? if not, are there more complaints with this and do you have a fix?

Buyers beware – the homepage template is NOT mobile friendly… at all. What a mess.

Also NOT COMPATIBLE with YITH add to cart/wishlist and hasn’t been fixed for months now – kind of important for an ecommerce website!!!

I used your template, and it doesn’t work on mobile… the front image does not resize to mobile, nor does the text….. I noticed they don’t even work on the sample templates you provide where I haven’t even edited anything.

The Yith plugin does not work. Here is a direct quote from your support team on March 15th:

“The plugin author made some changes in the template files which we need to adjust for the next update. Please revert to the previous version of the plugin at the moment.”

The above mentioned update did not include the fix to Yith.

On our site when we click the add to wishlist icon, it takes us to a theme page, how do we update the wishlist icon.
