I bought this theme yesterday but when trying to import it into wordpress I get following error “Error: This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number”. I already tried sending email to support@rstheme.com but there is no response. Does anyone know what this error would be about?

I haven’t heard back anything from support yet via email. Is there any other way to contact support or can you ask someone to reply to me. I am not happy with the support right now. Theme is useless for me at this point, it fails on step 1 when trying to import. Not happy with customer service experience.

Did you tried from Braintech Option then Footer tab?

I see. That’s mean inner pages logo change only home page has issue. Go to edit page then bottom of editor you will see footer option and you can remove this logo. Thanks

First go to edit page http://prntscr.com/15dky0a then scroll your page to down and you will find Footer Settings and Footer logo option http://prntscr.com/15dl4bd just remove this log and update page. Thanks

You can change pages name from Pages section at Admin also can change form Menu section under appearance. Thanks
Problem with TranslatePress Plugins. The Menu become blank when hover the mouse cursor.

Alright Got it fixed using custom css. I think for translatepress plugins, it should be in a theme mandatory instead of custom css. For anyone that having problem with translatepress “blank menu once hover the cursor” then use this custom css : .menu-area .navbar ul > li > a:hover span { -webkit-transform: translateY(0); -moz-transform: translateY(0); transform: translateY(0); }

Hey… I don’t know if my question will fit the support I need to have. I have performed several customizations on the theme, but it looks like some links still target the rs-theme website previewing (https://keenitsolutions.com/product/wordpress/braintech/contact/) instead of my hosting. I have no idea of how to customize apart from the braintech-content.xml.
You don’t edit it from XML file. You can link update from WordPress admin. That’s section get demo link just edit and change your link.
Not sure to catch what you mean…
What is the problem. When I’m displaying a single page for a team member info, right before the footer section, it display a get in touch button which targets the unusual link as I mentionned above. I’ve download a plugin to display all URLs in my wordpress admin, but it doesn’t appear. So, I wonder what is happening exactly? Why this section appear as the same as the original rs-theme link whereas I have change everything?

Hi, we don’t ready RTL demo but you can easily get it. Just after install theme and demo data change your language it will be RTL mode. Then you can change your content only.
how differ from 12$ braintech theme
One is static HTML and other is WordPress.
