Theme is including WPBakery Page Builder, for now we don’t have plans to replace it with Elementor. Thank you for your suggestion, we will consider it for future updates.
From version 16.0 theme introduces Elementor integration with demo content available to import and includes 30 dedicated Elementor widgets.
I have problems with the widgets I get an error and I cannot edit them please help me, apparently the theme is not compatible with the latest version of wordpress

Hello, I have just purchased the theme and I’m having a problem with it. I want to edit and change the Theme Options, but nothing works in the page. Any setting I change doesn’t take effect and any button I press doesn’t go anywhere. Please help.

Theme is optimized for seo, you can additionally use some dedicated seo plugin like Yoast.

It will be better to install it on a fresh WP installation anyway you can also use your current one. If you would like to clear your current installation before installing theme you can use WP Reset plugin. It will revert your WP installation to default, so you don’t need to install WP again.

In this case you will need to activate theme in your current WP installation.

Please check menu on demo site: http://quanticalabs.com/wp_themes/medicenter/ Menu can have 2 columns in submenu. If you would like to have some more complex mega menu, you will need to install mega menu plugin.

1. Theme will work with every well developed plugin. We haven’t tested it with mentioned one, anyway it should work.
2. Such a plugin is not included with theme, so you will need to install one separately.

Theme included timetable functionality doesn’t supports bookings. If you would like to have bookings functionality, you can consider our Timetable plugin.

You need to remove your current WPBakery version and theme will display notice to install included one (currently theme is including v6.5.1), follow screen instruction then. If you will need more help, please create new topic on our Support Forum.
I deleted it and the theme doesn’t prompt me to install anything. Wow.
I can’t use your support forum, the support is expired and I just needed a link that describes the update procedure.
Can you just give me a link to download the WPB version? It seems a bit of an overkill tp pay for support for 6 months only to be able to upgrade a single plugin. We worked with other themes and usually, they have no problems with this request to download a plugin. Please let me know if this would work for you. Thank you!

You need to remove WPBakery plugin first under ‘Plugins’ in your admin area, then you will be able to install theme included version. Plugin is inside theme package under ‘plugins’ directory if you would like to install it manually.
You probabably missed this part – “I deleted it and the theme doesn’t prompt me to install anything”. So the first solution doesnt work. I will try to do it manually – thank yoU!
If you have closed notification in the past, it won’t appear again, please go to ‘Appearance->Install Plugins’ and plugin should be available to install there.

It says that because you need to remove WPBakery Page Builder first under ‘Plugins’ in admin area, after you will do that “already installed” message won’t be displayed anymore. Probably you’ve just deactivated plugin, you need to use ‘Delete’ button.

I like your theme and I have a couple of presales questions.
1) Is it possible to have a wide image on top of each page as header? Different image per different page. If it is not possible, will it be able to be done with the composer and stretching the row? This one will require the breacumbs row to be disabled (I guess).
2) The theme dates back to 2013, so are in your plans to keep supporting the theme?

1. Yes, you can place full width row in page content and set image inside it or as a background for it.

I have a small request and hope you will be able to help. Years ago somebody developed a website for my friend using your theme. The developer is long gone, unfortunately we also don’t have his login credentials for themeforest to properly create a support ticket. Hope you can understand. The issue is really small – the default font-weight for strong text is too thick for him. Could you please advise how can I change the default theme styling settings for bold text? Thank you.
