The MegaPhone Theme CSS is breaking in chrome. I need a fix. I have 6 months support which I have not benefit from as yet.
Why is the Meks team charging for support and then providing self help instruction days after? How can anyone run a real business using wordpress themes from this website?

hm, I can’t get the timestamp block to work (cannot find any documentation to this): timecodes set in blocks, but it seems as system doesn’t recognize them referring to audio (and: should this work with not-selfhosted audio too?)

Regarding Shopify – Shopify works on totally different principle than WordPress. Even the programming language is different, so I’m afraid that this is not possible. WooCommerce and Shopify are competitors, but they’re also working on different programming languages. I’m afraid that you can’t use Shopify on WordPress in general.

Also, please note that the images from our demo website(s) are not included in the demo content, so you will get the placeholder images instead.
However, following these steps https://mekshq.com/faq/uninstall-current-theme-demo, you can remove the current demo and try to install it again.

Do you I have to import the mp3 file to where I host this or can I link to it from a podcast hosting provider and utilize the built in player as opposed a plug-in.

By the look inside the console, It seems to me that you’ve implemented an SSL certificate(HTTPS), but it is implemented badly – either through your .htaccess file, or you didn’t change your WordPress and site address to HTTPS in your Settings > General. If you didn’t change the links to HTTPS, please do so, save the changes, and flush your website cache.
Please let me know if that fixes the issue.

I can see now that the Console error is different – blocked by the CORS policy, which means that you definitely have a custom .htaccess file. You can try to add this code to your .htaccess file:

Hi, I have an ongoing problem while editing the punchline & intro text of the welcome area (Megaphone theme). Even if I could change it once, I did any other changes customizing the theme and when I went back to the home, these texts were again the same by default. I´ve tried uninstalling and installing the theme in Wordpress but without positive result. It´s the same problem with the section titles (for instance, Latest episodes). The text is always the default one, even changing it and clicking “Publish”. *I´m working on local and imported to Wordpress all the layouts of the theme to build my web customizing some of them. Could you provide me a solution for that? :cry: Many thanks in advance.

You should try first to go to the Appearance > Customize > Theme options > Translation > enable Theme translation and Save. Then you will be able to change the text in the Welcome area. Sorry, but we still didn’t get the ticket from you. However, I’ve investigated this problem and if you manage your site in the localhost you could have this problem. But on the live server, everything works fine.

You can create a Subscribe menu & Donate menu the same way you do for the Social menu. Just put custom links to your external profiles and connect it to Subscribe and Donate theme locations. The theme will do the rest and automatically display appropriate icons.

So sorry about the inconvenience. We’ve found the cause of the problem, but our colleague had a little accident, so we had a little shortage and a little confusion with the tickets.
The main reason for this problem you’re facing is the way you’ve built the mega menu. Your sub-items are categories that are pulling the posts and have their own logic. We didn’t make it to work on this principle. Please check the screenshot on this link here:

The logo size is determined by the size of the uploaded image, but if you want, you can tell us how big you want your logo to be(in pixels), and we’ll help you with some CSS.
Also, please note that if you want to reduce the size of your logo on the front end, it would be good that your image is bigger than the desired size, so you don’t reduce the image quality.
