The advertising is on the ‘downloads page above your icon it says “20% discount”... Look I already bought a second license because I liked the theme, but I do not appreciate your customer service… I have been a loyal customer to ThemeForest for many years, but I have decided never to use your theme again.

I have proved that you have in fact advertised a 20% discount, and your answer in the email was “Maybe some old image from the cache. We will recheck. Thank you for your notice”... Well, one of the reasons why I decided to purchase a second license was because you were advertising a 20% discount, and I thought that at some point during the check out I would be credited with the discount. That never happened, I paid full price. That is very deceiving, Themeforest should not allow such tactics.
We are ready to provide additional activation code for FREE. Will it resolve this issue? So, you get 50% discount (for 2 new activation codes).

Hello, since our website went down and we didn’t have any back up we are rebuilding the site, but so far the theme is set in demo mode. When we insert the purchase code I don’t get any error but for instance I cannot change colors, is it possibile to do something? Thx

We are migrating the website from development url: http://dralexandra2020.dralexandramora.com/ To the live site: http://dralexandramora.com/But the documentation says that is required you perform something. We have deleted our code from develpment site to use it only in live site. Also we can’t access to https://www.portotheme.com/support/?envato_item_id=23229383, we have no password and cannot reset it with the envato access we use, so we believe it is different, but we haven’t.
