The prices are calculated by Check-in and Check-out days. Unfortunately, there is no option to set different prices by the length of the rental or by hours.
The Augustine booking system is our own where the reservation form is integrated within the theme and the process of purchasing goes through WooCommerce where we do use their functionality for this purpose.
You can set only one price for a room.

1) Augustine theme comes with a variety of different header types and options for customizing the appearance of the header https://prnt.sc/14ukykn. You can also customize the appearance of the footer from theme options https://prnt.sc/14ul8iq, and add custom footer content in Appearance > Widgets. Please note that this theme is compatible with the free version of Elementor, and unfortunately, it is not Elementor Pro supported.
2) You have an option to import the demo content and get all layouts that you see on the live demo. Of course, you can create the same sections using the Elementor page builder and widgets that come with the theme. This specific section is created using the Image Gallery widget with enabled animations https://prnt.sc/14um39t.

There is absolutely no way to import the Demo content for me. It’s keeps on getting stuck at a certain percentage. I’ve followed all php steps, which is way too much work for a ’’one click’’ demo import. What is going on here?

In case that you are using cache plugin, please deactivate it as cache plugins can cause conflict when importing demo content.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Please note that Augustine booking system is our own where the reservation form is integrated within the theme and the process of purchasing goes through WooCommerce where we do use their functionality for this purpose.
However if you want to organize the booking or a request differently then you will need to edit our theme files, as there is no option to make a reservation request other then through our booking form.

We want to create an online portal where people can come to our website and view short-let rooms (Similar to hotels) but for short stay.
1. They should be able to book online and make payment 2. They should get email notification of their booking details. 3. Customers should be able to Create an account. 4. This is optional (Either we upload the available properties/rooms) for the shortlet or our users upload themselves.
Your Hotel plugin seems the best fit but I am so sure yet.
Also, we want to be able to have a search…where rooms can be searched for in different locations

A user can create an account, but can’t upload rooms. Users can only make reservations. There is a search widget that can be used to search for rooms. You can make a reservation and pay online, just like you would with a regular WooCommerce product.
