Hi,
I was using the license in one of my domain and removed to install the domain in another server. After installing the domain with the theme the license is not working with this error message “License already registered with different server.”
Please help to fix it.
Any news on Elementor support for this theme?
This used to be a great theme until it got bloated and slow even on a pretty fast VPS.

Hi, I purchased the theme and installed it on my test server to do some testing. I then copy and remove the theme from this directory and transfer to the default domain. when inputting my purchase code the Brooklyn admin panel is saying that the license code is invalid (”License already registered with different server.”). Here is my last 5 digits of the license: acd41

yes its compatible with WPML. You can also create a site for a hotel, but if you need a booking system, you have to use plugin since the theme itself does not provide such as feature.

I bought your template long time ago.
I have the version 4.5.1.1. installed but unfortunately my dev is facing a lot of issues to update to Version: 4.9.6.7. (I have hired a freelancer to do the update) He told me that the only solution is to rebuild my website with the latest update of your Brooklyn template. Is it true?
It will cost me a lot of money and will be time-consuming. Please let me know.

Hi,
without actually seeing the “issue” its kind hard to tell what went wrong but usually a total rebuild is not necessary since even for older versions we have fallbacks. We can provide assistance to restore the site if you have a valid support, but note, this does not contain any extra services.

My new dev told me that previous modifications have been made on both the Child and Parent themes.
Unfortunately, for now, I cannot afford to pay for the Support offer so, unfortunately I will have to follow his advice and rebuild my portfolio from scratch by myself using your latest template version.

Note: it seems that my previous dev did modifications to the core of the template 
That is why I can read “Brooklyn template by Anonymous” instead of “Brooklyn template by UnitedTheme”

Hi. We are using BKLYN VERSION 4.9.6.9.3. The menu-links that should direct the user to the home-page section is not working. For example i am in one of the inner page of the website e.g. https://website/historie from there i click on the menu link that suppose to bring me back to the “concept” section in the home page e.g. http://website/#section-concept. This is not working properly as for some reason it scrolls to the “contact” section in the home-page which is the last section. Please Help!

I need your assistance ASAP. I had registered my product key with my testing environment. Now that the site is live I can’t activate my key because I get error that the key is registered to another server. My “smart ass” did not de-activate it before deleting it and now I’m stuck as it is saved on your servers. I need to reset this to be able to save it on my site.

The issue is happening on https://www.whitespacegraphix.com/ on the 2 images below the hero slider. I am using WP-Optimize 3.1.9 and Optimole. Everything is up to date and the browser / website cache has been cleared. In preview, it works awesome but live I only get the fade in animation. I have tried many different ways to try and fix the problem as so disabling animation and so on.

This has been the most confusing and difficult template to use. I want to mix and match certain sections from different templates to create one template. It says that this template is compatible with elementor but you cannot simply save the pages and edit them on elementor. You have to try to find the code from each section and edit them in wp bakery. Wp bakery isn’t as user friendly as elementor/envato templates. When you try to install more than one template from the theme, it over rides the previous themes and messes up everything. How can I find an easy way to mix certain sections from each theme? And why can’t I simply download all the themes that I want and delete/add/edit sections through elementor instead of wp bakery?

Great theme but I am having issues with images on Safari. On Chrome and Firefox they appear as they should be but in Safari they appear jagged around the subject of the image. This worsens when then pinch zoom functionality is used in iOS Safari.
