Hi averta, I am using phlox for many months and this time I have imported Construction demo for my website. But somehow after importing it completely it is showing “503 server unavailable” error for all the pages. Could you please tell me what can be done to resolve this? I have tried deactivating plugins and also installed theme again on fresh WordPress web but still, the same error was coming.

Hi. I am not sure if that’s the case. We have recently updated the Phlox theme and the Phlox plugins and we are certain that there is no compatibility issue with Elementor.

Hello, the theme was installed and activated at a site that has been migrated to another host with another URL. Cannot re-activate the license as it states that it is already active at another site… But the previous site doesn’t exist anymore and I cannot access it! So how to de-activate my previous license and activate it at new website please?

Hi. When you register at Averta help center, your purchased licenses will sync with your profile and you can manage each license.

Alos if that does not work, we can deactivate your license manually but you need to submit a ticket first.

Is there any reason why you are using such big text font size, in mobile view almost i see only big texts than design, is it possible to globally change the font size, will this change break your section template design?

Hi, this may be relevant for others as well, I am wondering how to change the name of the “Portfolios” Tab. I cannot find a way to change it. I want to put it as a “Case Studies” page, not Portfolios/Projects.

The basic background images that makes the demos attractive are all watermarked with Phlox, meaning i have to purchase another lenience from evanto to be able to use basic background images (Not Pictures) my question is what is the essence of the demos if not to ease and fastrack project time. This has really messed up my plans. and i am beginning to regret my purchase

Hi. Sorry to hear that. We would love to provide all the images without watermarks in the import process but unfortunately it is not possible. The images are simply licensed as premium images. I am not sure about the simple background images because we usually do not watermark them.

Hi. I purchased the phlox pro license over 1 month now. My site is not indexable in Googles eyes. This is an issue on the backend as my site looks fine to the visitors. I have reached out to support (delayed response to say the least). I am still waiting on a reply. I have reached out to techy friends of mine and we have came to the conclusion that this is a theme issue. When I remove the theme the page is then crawlable. This theme seems quite buggy but for now I would appreciate if you can assist and fix this crawl issue. This issue means I will have to rebuild my site in using a different theme if the problem is not fixed. I cannot proceed with any SEO projects until this is fixed. (404 error page not found).

I have submitted a ticket but I am getting some sort of a generic message like the one you provided ‘toristallion’ above. Your support team have not provided an assisting with trying to fix & i disagree with you saying you have ‘not’ had this problem before as I can see from multiple comments people have the same problem. Hola, tiene unas plantillas de lujo,pero por favor una de las plantillas de Phlox Pro no está optimizada para GTmetrix, ni PageSpeed Insights o ni pingdom y tampoco Google lighthouse por lo que es lenta, ya envie ticket y dicen en servicio que es el servidor hosting, pero el servidor funciona perfecto con otras plantillas wp, en mayo google core web vital puede estar penalizando estas web, de resto espectacular.

Nadie se a contactado para solución ¿que es titular “SOPORTADO”?, la única respuesta que se conoce es una excusas de que hubo cambios en la web mundial y el análisis de código afecta a todos los que venden estos desarrollos, pero el problema persiste. de verdad se requiere soporte efectivo
