We did update theme and we faced problems with porto funtionallity and also with rev slider, that is not updated inside 6.1 package. Even if we reactivated theme with the purchase code (why we should) porto functionality brings error when posting (even a preview).

Now, If you have already updated the Theme to the very latest version 6.1.0 then please go to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with the same purchase code and then go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update the Porto Functionality plugin from there, I am sure it will solve your issue.

Hello, For your information, your last update in version 6.1.0 has totally removed the template data and replaced them by the native data of Porto. For the moment, despite the previous restorations, a large part of the template and graphic data have not been returned. It’s a very big job of redesign if we can’t restore a previous backup.
Okay, here are the findings: - Database restoration: template not recovered; - Full path restoration: I find a part of my site with modifications that were not present before.
I update the theme to 6.1.0 : boom ! the template is all changed. The logo is the one of Porto, the phone information, messages and others are all changed.
I’ll have to do a new restoration. This update is a disaster. I stay for the moment in 6.0.7

Really sorry for the inconvenience, we have tested the latest update several times before releasing and also I have personally just now tested the latest Theme update on my test site and do not finds such an issue, and not any of the other Customer faced or reported such issue. It means the issue is only at your end on your site and it is not the Theme issue otherwise it has to occur on all the Customer sites as well. right, I think this makes sense.
Now, The issue you are facing might be because of the server end, or because of any third-party plugin confliction, or because of your own Customization, so you have to debug it by yourself.
First of all, Activate the Parent-Theme if you are using the Child Theme and then deactivate all the third-party plugins, and remove the cache and check back your site after removing the browser cache, after that you have to check with your server and remove all sorts of restrictions and cache from your site and after that follow the instructions written in the below-given article, and after that, you must have to update the Theme required and recommended plugins as well, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Hi, the latest theme update doesn’t work with a Multisite setup. It causes a critical error and the site won’t load and can’t access the admin. I had to downgrade the theme back to 6.0.7 to get the website back online.

Next I updated theme manually on my test server and tried to update „Porto Functionality“ but this failed. Every update brings new problems ☹️

Regarding your hint about purchasing support extension. I really would do this if not nearly every (!) update causes problems from your side. I also read changelog what can be found here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/changelog/ There is no notice like “disable license before updating theme” or something like this.I maintain different WordPress sites, but none of them cause problems like this when updating.

This is necessary because we always update our internal server as well with the latest content whenever update the Theme and the license engine is also on our internal server for verification and that is the reason it’s good to reactivate when you are updating the Theme manually. I have tested it at my end and it is working perfectly fine for me, please once follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, and I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.
|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

1. This is the default functionality of the Theme, Cart and Checkout have their own breadcrumbs style and you can only change it using Custom CSS.
2. Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Porto >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

That is the small popup notification when someone purchased the product… and you can turn this ON/OFF from Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce as per your requirements.
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 05/03/2017. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.
