How does sending money through the system work? Will the manager have to pass on the amount without the percentage or is it possible to do it automatically?

I have a customer who is looking for a specific functionality Could you please tell me if this is achievable with your theme.
He owns a bike company and rents these bikes to his customers (other companies), and he want to offer to his customers a service where they can manage their own fleet.
For example he has:
Customer 1 Customer 2 Customer 3
Customer 1 has 5 bikes.
He wants that customer 1, can manage his 5 bikes with the booking system. They should be able to see their 5 bikes, book in the backend and see which one is available
Customer 2, 3, etc.. shouldn’t see Customers 1 bikes. All should be private and individually for each customer.

Hi, As the theme works, site admin can let people register to add their listings for rent. And owners see their listings only.

5 bikes means 5 different listings, each with its calendar availability.
The owner can see for daily calendar a view of his listings can calendar availability. Only owner can see that – it is called ALL IN ONE Calendar page. You can test this as you add your listings in demo too.

Elementor PRO or Elementor PRO, I assume you mean Elementor FREE or Elementor PRO. You can use only bakery or just elementor free. Demos are created with bakery or elementor free.
WooCommerce is used to process the payments (which are already set from theme options). So you just pay admin a booking deposit OR paid submission fee.
That is done with WOO the free version. The free version may need extra merchants that costs money to add as extension. so you need to check what merchant you wish to us.

WpRentals has a booking form, calendar availability and options to send bookings by day or hour. As we did the integration, we allow users to process the payments for features that are theme built. So you use woo merchants to pay for a booking deposit to site admin or for submission type pay by listing to site admin too. For that you can use free woo commerce. As the theme works, you can hide the entire hero header if you choose header NONE (that hides the entire search area + hero header). Help https://help.wprentals.org/article/custom-header-options/
Step – edit page -> Select header type -> choose NONE from dropdown and save.
Then in the page description the first row can be a full row with a background image or video and in that row ou can use a newsletter form built with plugin that allows you to capture emails (like Mailchimp)
I do not know what builder you use (bakery or elementor) and what demo.
You can do the full row with either builder and that would show first in list.

i having a small issue with the header title over image on home page, i want the header image,title, sub title and advanced search box to be optimized for the most common resolutions:
The most frequently used resolutions on laptop and 2-in-1 PCs nowadays are 1366-by-768 (also known as HD) and 1920-by-1080
As it is now on 1366-by-768 is very big header and pushes down the advanced search below the screen.

good morning, how can i control the half map some time when i choose an area is to close. and that area does not have lots of towns and so on so it dont look good. i need it to be more zoomed out so user get a better view where the property is on the map?
Hi. If you use auto-zoom, that is auto-calculated. I am not sure if you wish to force zoom as you search, or as you load the page. For specific pages like properties list and properties list half map you can force the zoom to be the one you set in header settings. But for any other locations (like half map categories) I am not sure what can be done without removing completely the auto-zoom (which is also something that would need to be set in code and I do not know now how complex that is)

1. Can we remove the hourly things mentioned if our rentals only support rentals by number of days?
2. Can we add quantities against one item? Say there are three boots available in a listing and user has the option to select anything between 1 and 3?

Hi, Hourly is an option you can disable and have just daily option. But we do not have quantities. Each confirmed booking will block the availability calendar and will not allow other bookings for the same period. Thank you

WPRentals can be used for multi owners or single (specific owners). If you allow it as admin, people register to add listings for rent and users register to send booking requests to property owners, similar to airbnb or homeaway.
The theme is designed for users to book properties between each other, and admin not to interfere (we have different options as you can see in demo) The booking requires users register so as admin you have access to see who booked what, but you don’t need to interfere in the booking approval process (bookings can be approved by owner only – with his manual approval, if he doesn’t enable instant booking or with his approval, if instant booking is disabled).
As the admin you can ask for a deposit and a service fee (these can be the same value if you wish to take as a deposit just your service fee) in % or fixed value, and this value is deducted from the total booking. As the admin, you can choose if you wish to include in this deposit the cleaning and city fee or not. If you ask for a 100% deposit, the fees are automatically included.
The user will need to pay that deposit in order for the booking to be confirmed (even if the owner approves the booking request). The money goes to the admin. The difference will be paid by the user to owner outside the theme (we have the option to pay the remaining value in the theme, but the money goes still to admin, so if you don’t wish that to exist, we can show you how to hide with CSS).
At the moment payment to owner cannot be done in the theme. We’re not sure if in the future we will be able to extend this functionality. If you make a decision please consider only the existing features.

Hi. I have preorder question. If a visitor book specific date and I confirm that payment or booking in dasboard,. Does it automaticly set booked dates as non available and does not allow to book them again? Or should I disable booked dates manually? Thanks

What is really questioning and weird is why isn’t it possible to have a simply search box without all types, al sizes etc…

The theme has different fields you can use in search (cities, area, check-in, check-out etc. We also have the possibility to set the 1 field only if that is what you wish. The options we have are detailed here https://help.wprentals.org/article/advanced-search-type-3-and-4-custom-search-fields-setup/ Type 3 and 5 are 100% managed from theme options. Half map search as well.
If you wish to use a keyword for properties titles, use search type 4 and we can help hide the categories options that come with this search field.

I will add the idea to wishlist, but for now you may be able to add plugins for this, and perhaps use a specific plugin shortcode in the theme code to display that value in a specific location.
