I have just tested it at my end on my test site and it is working perfectly fine, you can also check it on my test site as well here: https://hubdatasolutions.com/pearl/porto/wpbakerydemo-for-aizaz/shop/ and your site is on Maintainance Mode, so I am not able to check it and also it must be the cache or any third party plugin confliction issue on your site, please deactivate all the third-party plugins and check back your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Sorry to say that but you can not completely remove it, as there is no such option in our Theme for this, so this requires customization. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page. Hi, I asked before about pw-woocommerce-gift-cards that it didn’t work right and you told me it’s a third part issue . but when I change the product page from custom layout to one of the available layout the plugin works right so the problem not with the plugin but with the custom layout in the theme so please help me to solve this issue

The Custom Product Layout built with your own specification and design and that is why it is known as Custom Product Layout, and the Pre Built Layout of the Product used hooks of the WooCommerce and that is the reason it works with some plugins, so if you want to use the plugin then go with pre built layouts and if you want to use the Custom Product Layout then you have to Customize the Core files.

Contact form 7, after submitting the contact form, when I try to submit the same form again, the form does not work.

After the “This field is required” warning appears. The warning “This field is required” keeps appearing even though I have entered the values. Also, when I click the “Submit Form” button, it doesn’t work. And I can’t submit the form.

Although I have entered a value in the form, the “This field is required” warning still appears as you can see from the screenshot in the link below.

This issue was not present in previous versions of the theme. I have this problem in the latest version of the theme 6.1.0.

This seems to be the contact form 7 plugin latest version issue, can you please downgrade the version of the contact form 7 plugin and check back the result? If the issue will not there with the old version of the plugin then it means the issue is with contact form 7 latest version and you have to wait till they will fix the plugin issue.

2. For License activation issue: Please go to Porto >> Theme License and try to activate the Theme again from there, if it will still not work for you then please try the below-listed solutions one by one.

Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.

OR

Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

OR

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

Hello – I purchased this theme a while ago and activated it on a Wordpress installation. We decided to go another direction and that Wordpress server was shut down before we ever went “live”. Now, we’d like to move forward with using this theme for the same site, but it’s giving me a “code was already used” error. Hi, I am running 5.4.6 version of Porto theme on my WordPress website. Due to some design changes of the new theme I don’t want to update my theme but today I received an update for “Porto Functionality” plugin which I did and after that the Porto Blocks have been disappeared. Can you please guide me how can I bring the blocks back without updating the theme? I am a developer myself so a brief guide would be enough for me to bring it back. Please delete the Porto Functionality plugin from your site, and then extract the old version of the Theme you are using on your site onto your computer, and go to porto/inc/plugins and you will find porto-functionality.zip file there, you have to install that plugin on your site manually from WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and it will work for you and do not update the plugin before updating the Theme.

No, Sorry to say that but this is not possible, you have to upload the video to your site, and then you have to add/insert the URL into the product for video thumbnail, this is how it works.

There is no automatic update of our Theme, and also you have to contact your hosting provider and ask to run the backup of your site before the update, there is no other way.
