Please reset your WordPress and Install the Theme again by following this video: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/installation-video/ and then go to Porto >> Dashboard and activate the Theme again with same purchase code and then try to create the Child Theme, I am sure it will help you in solving your issue and if not then please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check and solve it for you on your site.

Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, and you have updated the Theme and plugins properly as well, if yes, then please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.
|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce, Porto Functionality and Page Builder plugin and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 20/03/2018. According to Envato’s support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in Theme Package OR You can download the latest plugin from here:

You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

Hello, if the contact form has a verification error on the first submission, I ran into this issue in version 5.4.1 of contact form 7 when resubmitting the form.
Removing this code from Porto> theme.js file, the form works.

This code prevents the contact form from being submitted if there are verification problems on the first delivery attempt.
Is there a security issue when we remove this code from the Porto> theme.js file? Or will the corresponding Porto update come?

This is not our Theme issue, if you check your site console you will find the cause of the error: https://postimg.cc/RWvLJ8ps and that is the reason for your site break, please deactivate all the third-party plugins including the cache breeze plugin as well and if you are using the Child Theme then activate the Parent-Theme and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache.

This is not our Theme issue, but this is your site SSL certificate issue, please see this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/VJ7LBr4y so please login to your WordPress site backend, and go to Settings >> General and make sure to set the site URL as HTTPS from there, save changes and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

On every WooCommerce install I have running Porto as the theme, there is now an extra text box above the page when you try to add a new product. It even pushes the Wordpress left side menu down. This occured after the latest update. There is a note below the field ” ex. [video src=”url.mp4” poster=”image.jpg”]”. Once the product is added, it goes away.
After some troubleshooting I’m confident that it’s the new Porto Video Thumbnail that was added. The HTML is:

I purchased another license so I could test this on a clean install. All I have installed on this is Porto and WooCommerce. Same issue. Contact me for login details and you can see for yourself. This started after the latest update. I own 75 licenses and have WooCommerce on numerous installs. The issue is happening on every single one of them.

Hi, I have 5 filters(with AND condition) in the woo category sidebar, In Mobile and Tablet view, every time an option is choosen in a filter, the navigation bar goes off and results are shown, once again i need to click filter icon to choose the second filter option and so on. How to stay in the filter page till i finish filtering?

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, On Mobile and Tablet view, when you click on the filter it will run the AJAX and show the result accordingly and will close the sidebar automatically for showing the result on screen, this is how it works and this is the default functionality of the Theme, you can not change it except core customization.
