Just had an issue with one of my sites updating to the new 4.2 version. It made the site go almost to a tablet size and was not working correctly. I rolled back to 4.1 and everything was fine. Has anyone else had this issue?

According to themeforest rules you must buy regular license per domain. Theme have license activation process and for each domain you must use 1 unique purchase code.

In your documentation page, some images/screenshots are stuck on loading status, refreshing the page doesn’t solve the issue (my internet is fast and it’s not the problem).

On this last version update, my WP Bakery 5.6 is not working on the frontend editor, it stays loading all the time. Backend editor is working. I’ve uninstalled and installed again but it’s still not working. What can I do?

I tried to install a Demo but when I access to Demo Importer it appears the following: “Please activate your theme from Dashboard > XTRA before importing demo” even though I have activated Xtra child theme and his parent theme propperly.

Yes its for new versions. Currently we enabled automatic update for plugins and after v2.5 you will get plugin update notice and after v2.7 or v2.8 we will enable automatic update for theme

hi quick question i purchased theme and would install it including the demos in my test site, I have activated the license. Once i’m done in the demo site can I then transfer the license to the live site? What Should I need to do to put the actual license in the actual website?
In addition when trying to import demo it shows Ajax error
then i tried normal install in trying to do the 2nd step importing content.xml i get:

Cant start working with the said errors, either of the said importing method shows error.

About license, You can activate theme in one domain then for moving site, you can deregister your license from dashboard > xtra and use license on another domain.
About demo import, usually by upgrading PHP to v7 or greater as WordPress recommended some common issues will fix. Error 500 is general server error and usually its related to server PHP config which you should increase them such as PHP memory limit.

I have a couple of quick questions: 1- After our most recent upgrade, we lost an option under theme options->General Settings->Advanced where we could enabled or disabled the page builder templates. Where do we disable the templates? we don’t have any use for it and it is slowing down our page load when we are editing the pages.
2- We don’t have any woo-commerce installed but when we look at the code of every page, there is a page css section that is setting Woo-commerce CSS. How do we disable this. We are trying to do SEO and eliminate all the unnecessary codes that we don’t need.
