Hi, on my site, the Porto product/category widgets in WPBakery don’t generate pagination. They just display the first 12 products, but no page controls. Is this how it’s supposed to be?

Yes, this is the default layout of the element, and there is no such option in the element for pagination, so this is how it works.

Hi, The latest update 6.1.0 is changing the theme options, the colors are reset, layout becomes different. Something you should seriously look in to it. Also the Import & Export options are not working. I am able to export but unable to import it. I will wait for the next update. Please make a fix quickly.

All you wrote, all are working perfectly fine at my end on my test site and on all the other customers sites, this issue is only on your site, please contact your hosting provider and run the backup of your site, after that please follow the instructions written in this article to update the Theme manually on your site: https://ptheme.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020667197 and then go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with same purchase code and then go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update the Porto Functionality and all the plugins from there one by one, after that check back your site after removing the browser cache.

There is a box on top of add new product that has 2 buttons attach video and remove video with a text box and “ex. [video src=”url.mp4” poster=”image.jpg”]” This is even above the screen option. It pushes the whole page down and this is on top of the page. When viewing page source this is the code that has been plugged into the source. I have tried changing from the child theme and still has no effect. Emptied all cache and I do not use any custom css. This is not here when I go into edit a product only when adding a new product.

I have just tested it at my end on my test site with the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins and it is working perfectly fine for me, here is the screenshot you can check: https://postimg.cc/Z9c744DJ so it must be some issue on your site only, please follow the belos listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce/Porto Functionality/Page Builder and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

The screen shot looks like its on edit product which it does not have it on the edit screen only the add new product.

No, sorry to say that but this is not possible, The Slider Mode can only work in a single Row and the Grid Mode does not have an option to set it as a slider, so this is not possible and this requires customization.
