This is not our Theme bug, but this might be the cache issue on your site, please deactivate all the cache plugins on your site and check back after removing the browser cache.
OR
This is not an issue but the Lazy Load issue, Please turn it OFF/Un-Check from Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Lazy Load and click on compile button and finally check your site after removing the server, site, and browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore, and it is clearly written in Lazy Load section that:
Disable this option if you have any compatibility problems.
So, your site has compatibility problems with Lazy Load please do not use it.

In your most recent update, the ‘Blocks’ in the side menu does not show. It has disappeared. The only way I can access a block is by going onto the page and clicking ‘Edit Block’. What’s going on?

I have tested it at my end on my test site and it is working perfectly fine for me with the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins: https://hubdatasolutions.com/pearl/porto/wpbakerydemo-for-aizaz/ and with the same settings, it means there is some issue on your site only not in our Theme, and it might be the cache issue, so remove your server, site and browser cache, deactivate all the third-party plugins and check back, if the issue will still persist then you have to purchase the support extension and then contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.

This is not our Theme issue, but this is your WP core issue, you have to contact your hosting provider on this, I have personally tested the latest Theme at my end and all the other Customers as well but did not finds such an issue, this issue is only on your site.

Well update is a nightmare, it says that our ip is blocked. So I did a manual update, but shortcodes are not working anymore. How can I update Porto Functionality, by ftp?
Even better can you de-block my ip address: 51.178.240….
The latest Porto theme update does not have Porto_Functionality.zip. So there is no way to update my client site. Looks like it needs a download from your site in order to work, not sure if thats even allowed by Envato. But besides that, your server has blocked our ip address. So can you please come up with a solution?

You guys really need to up your game on updates – Firstly there are a few new bugs, secondly the update leaves our site stuck in maintenance mode. Cannot find the maintenance.php file to delete. Every update there is bound to be a problem when my site was working just fine?

Sorry to say that but there is no such issue with our last update of the Theme, as I have tested it personally many times and also many of the Customers updated the Theme smoothly, some times, the Customization Code or third party plugins conflict with the new update of the Theme.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask to run the old backup of your site before the update of the Theme, and then deactivate all the third-party plugins and activate the Parent-Theme, remove server, site, and browser cache and check back your site after removing the cache carefully…
After that remain all the third-party plugins deactivated and share your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details with us via our support system so that we will check and update the Theme for you on your site.
1- The last update stopped the site and everything when it came to the products says that there is a problem – so I used the update to restore the previous situation
2- After using the update, I found 30% of the products had no pictures on them, and when I uploaded the pictures again, I found that some products appear differently in the album than the image inside the product.
3- Slider refuses to update from within the Porto icon
4- Mail poat does not work and fails despite the site settings set about a month ago, the failed poet mail site is still confirming my account

Then please download the complete zip format file of the font from Google and upload that zip format file of the font from Porto >> Theme Options >> FontControl , save changes and then you will be able to use the font from Appearance >> Typography as per your requirements.

There is no such parameters, you have to hide the product images with Custom CSS, please assign the Custom Class to the particular element, and then set it on your site and share the URL of that page and screenshot of the section with me, so that I’ll check and provide you the Custom CSS fix for it.

I installed the PORTO Theme and a shop using the Builder Template. Unfortunately, the store will not be open until the end of the year.
Question: Can we deactivate the store (without losing the products) and only leave the blog accessible? Do you have another solution to deactivate the store?

No, this is not possible, with Theme Options, but you can try with some third party plugin, and take the backup of the store and then reset the WordPress and Install the Theme again from scratch and then upload the store back up to the site again, Otherwise, there is no such option…

Hi. Colours in attributes default colour boxes do not represent actual colours. The hex values of the colours are not correct. Red, blue, black are all faded shades and not actual representation of these colours. Could you please rectify and release an update with proper colours.That would be quite helpful. Thank You.

Thanks for your time for notifying us of this, but as I told above this is not the issue but we have set the colors on our demo with some shade, so if you want to change the color, you have to follow the above solution and you will be able to change every color as per your requirements.
