I am trying to create a vertical fullscreen slider. However, it seems as if you have choked off this functionality, which once existed in your original offering. I am using elementor and it is clear only half the functionality is baked into your theme.

I can set anchors, but there is nowhere to set up and activate the side navigation and slides.

It appears you have gotten rid of this documentation and feature so you can charge new users to install it.

I have seen a comment where you shared this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DCp3vZIGuso as an example on how to implement but this video is now private.

What gives?

Can the visitor of the website (not the administrator) change preferences and deactivate cookies in the “Privacy Preferences” pop up that opens from the “Privacy Preferences” bottom bar? When I try to deactivate cookies it leads me to login as administrator..

Hi guys, there is the problem with showing google maps on website (map added by Elementor), Communicate from Firefox: “Firefox Can’t Open This Page

To protect your security, maps.google.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window.” Same problem with MS Edge.

hello, after update theme and plugin at the lastest version, the site have blank page and elementor error. if i deactivate elementor pro works. the conflict is about 2 plugins: elementor pro and TheGem Blocks (for Elementor). Have you some suggest? thanks

Hi, I purchased this theme and installed it on a subdomain. After I was done creating the website, I migrated it to the main domain. Everything works perfectly except for the main banner images that aren’t showing up. I’ve changed all the URLs from everywhere but when I inspect the banners, it still shows the old URL. Is there anywhere from inside The Gem where I can change the URLs?

Don’t try and direct me to your support page. I’m not interested. I’ve already wasted 5 hours on this “theme”. Your own plugins don’t even install, it just keeps asking me to update (these are plugins you made), and it refuses to install the demo content… do a refund immediately, please. I want to buy a real theme. BTW this is me being nice… I have a long list of issues that I will enjoy explaining in a less nice fashion.

It is regarding the portfolio slug. I renamed it in English in the theme options and now I have to translate it to French. I am using WPML plugin for the translation but I can’t figure out how to translate this slug.

I recently updated TheGem theme and plugins but unfortunately I’m now getting the error “500 – Internal server error.There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed”. I deactivated all plugins are reactivated them one by one and established that the error could be caused by TheGem Theme Elements (for WPBakery) and WPBakery Page Builder.

Is there anything I should do to sort this? Kindly help.
