Please I need help after updating the AVAS theme a weird pop up keeps showing on my dashboard with this error message every single time: “To work the theme properly please update the theme and clear cache from everywhere such as browser, cache plugin, CDN, etc.” . This is because your theme is not the latest version, please download the latest version 6.3.3.2 via your Themeforest account download section and install it. After that please follow our KB article here https://tinyurl.com/avas-theme-automatic-updates

Hi, I just purchased the theme and activated it. When it asks me to “manage plugins”, the only plugins listed are Avas Core and One Click Demo Import. There is no Redux neither Elementor. Where can I find them? I also tried (with 3 different browsers) to sign up to your support portal, but it doesn’t work… Thank you for your help.

For further support please try to manually signup if the Envato login doesn’t work and check your email’s spam/junk folder if won’t get a confirmation email in your inbox.

Thank you for your quick reply, I solved the plugins problem. Anyway, as I bought a 1 year support license, I’d like to have access to your support portal, but I’m not able to. I tried to manually signup at your page https://theme-x.org/support-desk/login.php but, after filling in the form, the button “sign up” continues to spin without moving forward. Hi guys great theme. Always working! But I noticed that the quiz tag in “CONTACT FORM 7” does not work with your AVAS theme. Can you help me? I have several sites with AVAS. They are all working.The latest version of Contact Form 7 installed with your Wedding demo has a problem qhen I use the quiz: it is not displayed.

Can’t find it in the documentation and there were no search results in your knowledge base…how do we modify the content in the Side Menu? I see where to change the padding and such, but not the content itself, and there are no templates available in the sidebar options. Thanks!

How do I deregister the license if my support has expired? I purchased the theme a while ago but didn’t manage to use it until now. Now I need to move it from my private dev server to the client’s server (probably two times – first for dev subdomain for testing, then for the root domain). I have removed all the theme and plugin files from the old server.

I have a pre sale question: We develop our clients sites on a test domain first, for example test.com and then move them to their live domain once ready for example abc.com. I know once we purchase this theme it can be active only on one domain at a time so how long does it take to deactivate it on one and then reactivate it on the other, usually when it is time to go live we tend to do this instantly, not wait days. I know other themes have a feature for you to do this yourself, can you give me an estimated guess on the usual timeline this takes please?
