Please note, I have deleted cache through plugins (which work well for my other themes), however, nothing changes. All images are not appearing on chrome in desktop and not appearing in Opera on Mobile. This is really serious issue. Because so myriad of features in this theme, but basic things are not proper. Getting stuck for basic things is really not pleasant,. Please advise..

1. Browser issue – Desktop – All images files and menu appear correctly ONLY in OPERA browser. Does NOT appear anything in Chrome and Edge. Menu Headings are not there at all in Chrome. When we bring our mouse pointer over the area, the heading appears. To its contrast: in MOBILE: All images and headings appear correctly in Chrome but not in OPERA. 2nd ISSUE in MOBILE is the only 4 MENU are visible, the others are out of the visible area. Scroll bar given is of no use. This is the 5th Wordpress theme I am buying, and this is the first time I am facing such issues with any WP themes. Kindly advise and provide the help at the earliest.

Sorry, without any investigation we can’t confirm what is the issue. You can update all the plugins and the theme and also check any plugins if there is a conflict issue.

Theme update ruined my header, footer and some overall design options. That is really really bad, it shouldn’t do that.
You should have checked the changelog before updating the theme. Please check the KB article here https://tinyurl.com/avas-theme-automatic-updates carefully to fix this.

I can not change anymore the “main backgroung color of the bar menu for the inner pages”... and I can’t find the CSS to solve manually.
We don’t have any issue with it. Please use the latest version theme and update the Avas Core plugin as well. Also, please make sure you have set the “Main Header Height” appropriately.

Hi there. I recently attempted to update the Avas theme and the plugin keeps crashing my site. I’ve been assured by the host that all my system settings are correct according to the avas requirements. I’ve tried to submit a ticket but can’t seem to login. Every time I try I just keep getting asked to login over and over again. I’ve had to disable the plugin in the meantime and my site is currently live and missing information because of it. If you could please look into this for me, I would greatly appreciate it.

You have purchased a regular license for one domain only so to change the domain name you need to deactivate the license from your old domain first via WordPress Dashboard > Avas > License > Deactivate.

Hi, I just purchased the theme and activated it. When it asks me to “manage plugins”, the only plugins listed are Avas Core and One Click Demo Import. There is no Redux neither Elementor. Where can I find them? I also tried (with 3 different browsers) to sign up to your support portal, but it doesn’t work… Thank you for your help.

Hi guys great theme. Always working! But I noticed that the quiz tag in “CONTACT FORM 7” does not work with your AVAS theme. Can you help me? I have several sites with AVAS. They are all working.The latest version of Contact Form 7 installed with your Wedding demo has a problem qhen I use the quiz: it is not displayed.
