I need the change on all the subsequent pages on our website. I have use it to upload logos of our partners. Sponsors does not go well with our messaging. Instead of Sponsors we would wish to have AS SEEN ON

Then, I would suggest to open a ticket on our dedicated support website but as I can see your support is expired.

Regarding the theme, our product is fully working with WP Bakery Page Builder and no other customers have already complained to us something like this.

For this reason I think it could be something related with your installation, maybe you have installed some third-party plugins that are interfering with WP Bakery Page Builder. Just try to deactivate all the plugins excluding the bundled one and check again.

The theme update procedure is quite straight forward, but you can use Envato Market to get the job done easily. Your Envato API Key can be obtained from your WordPress backend and not from your profile page.

I hope that with this you can achieve your goal of updating the theme without any hassle.

Hi Andrea thanks for the reply. I succeeded in updating the Lifecoach theme. Regarding the WP Bakery, I received the same advice from them and followed their steps but the WP Bakery plugin still didn’t work. After updating the theme the plugin is back again, but now I have new issue. After updating any page or post (where I did some corrections) I receive 404 error page appears. I guess this has to do with the permalinks or .htaccess file

Hello Aleks978, this should be debugged in depth from our developers and can’t be answered here. I suggest you again open a ticket on our helpdesk to get a proper support. Here on Themeforest, we only guarantee presale questions or quick fix for little issues.

Regarding your new issue that I have to say is not generated by our product, I suggest you go to Settings -> Permalinks and just click save.

This action most of the time fixes the page error problem.

I was able to rewind the website, however can I update with the new template version without loosing my design work? I did not design it in the Child Theme.

Okay, I got it all figured out, I uploaded the Child theme and I had to fix the footer and the header and some images, however the events are not working on other devices. I download the child theme in Themeforrest. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

I noticed same behavior with Chrome on my iPhone.

Our Core plugins (such as Theme Core) receive updates when a new version of the theme is rolled out.

If you have the latest version of the theme installed on your WordPress installation, In order to update the plugin just access to your backend, click on the top left corner on Lifecoach, then Plugins.

Scroll down the page and you should see the plugins list to be updated.

This will allow you to update the plugins properly.

as I can see your support is expired but I will try to help you with some CSS code.

By default there is no option to delete the underline style of menu items. You can change the style by adding some CSS code in Appeareance -> Customize -> Additional CSS. Copy and paste this little CSS snippet:

.qt-menubar ul.qt-desktopmenu>li>a:not(.qt-btn-ghost):not(.qt-logo-text)::after { display: none; }

Regarding the other request I’m not sure what are you referring to (“And on the menu, bellow it appears some lines.”) so I can’t help you so much.

I’m here just to inform you that this update it’s a wide issue for all WordPress themes that include WP Bakery Page Builder. Soon you would be able to download a theme update that will fix the issue.
