It is Newsletter, this element you can find in Theme Options > Header builder. TO be able to edit content of this, enable WPBakery or Elementor for static blocks, then edit Newsletter static block via Dashboard.

There seems to be a huge performance topic. My site is so slow in the Backend, even with most “on top” plugins deactivated. Please improve the theme.

They are not applied on demos yet, these options were added according to requests from our customers – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/
You can check how new options work on your site directly. To find “Show as button on Single Product” go to XStore > Sales > Booster > Request a quote. Other options are in settings of mentioned elements, just edit a page > add/edit Slider element.

Since the latest update 28th of may, my discount rules for woocommerce are not working properly. It shows 30% discount when there is nothing in the basket… People only get 30% when they have 5 or more items.
This is since the update can you please fix.

I can’t change the color of the footer
Hello,
Theme Options > Footer > Styling. If your footer was created using a static block, enable WPBakery for blocks – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/101-wpbakery-page-builder , then you will be able to edit content of the Footer static blocks using WPBakery.
Further assistance, you can get via our support forum. Submit a new topic, and provide URL of your site there.

Question before you buy: Can you raise the performance score? I am analyzing all the demo (especially the individual product page), I cannot pass 20/100 in the tests, I really like the theme but I am very concerned about the performance, this only happens in the demos?

We are constantly working on the speed of XStore.
GTMetrix changed its testing system, and all the sites that had A, B scores get C, E or F. If we check the demo using Pingdom we get much better results. Google Pagespeed (and now GTmetrix) always scores with 20-50 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. However, our demos works fast in you check them using real devices. Besides site speed depends not only on theme but on many other things (plugins you use, server settings, images you use, content you use (number of sliders on the page etc)).
