I got this error after I do the installation. I know its not the PHP limit because I have checked it before installing this theme. I’m frustrated with this situation!
When did you get the error? After theme activation or during demo import? You may send temporary access of your Wordpress and hosting by opening a support ticket and we’ll check as soon as we resume.
I just filed the ticket. But I think you can’t fix it until Monday. So, I can no longer wait for that and might decide to buy other themes and talk with Themeforest.

Absolutely, if you don’t install woocommerce (you can disable after demo import) then cart icon won’t appear.

The error you received is due to hosting issue where import process was terminated due to execution time allowed. So as mentioned in https://radiantthemes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041476073--Can-t-import-demo-designs we’ll try to do staging to transfer all demo data to your hosting. So we need temporary access of your hosting so that we can transfer all files.
For now to begin with development its hosted in VPS. So you need access to that ? Else alternatively pls let me know the steps and process to go ahead and i can do that and resove it myself .

You can send the Hosting access by opening a ticket. We need 30 minutes to transfer everything. Then you can change access.
Alternatively you can delete all existing WordPress files and provide FTP access (So that we can we can upload files from our end) and a blank database details or drop all tables from the current database and provide us the current database details.

For security reason we don’t access server from command prompt. Please create a ftp user and also give us a blank mysql database and user assigned to it. Also, please delete all existing WordPress files as we need to upload files from our end.
if you’re using ec2 hosting then make sure your vps has 2 GB ram otherwise your site might load slow. Centos or Ubuntu takes up ober 600 MB ram.
As soon as we get above requested access on ticket, we’ll complete staging.

Hi there, there’s a strange bug which basically breaks Elementor preview and keeps the page on loading if I deactivate Woocommerce, which I do not need. How can I fix this?
This should not happen. Woo commerce can’t interfere with Elementor if it’s not any other 3rd party plugin. We would like to see what happened. Please open a support ticket with your site url and login credentials and we’ll check as soon as support team resumes.

Hello I installed theme, changed demo and its logo but I can’t change home banner image and its text. When I was trying to change my theme from elementor only the banner widget’s(text and images) part are not showing
If you are referring to the banner area after navigation then you need to edit it from Slider Revolution (included). Go to slider revolution and edit the slide. It’s easy. If you are unable to find then open a support ticket with your site url and access and our team would show you with a video tutorial. Our support team is available from Monday – Friday (11 am – 11 pm AEST).

Whole website was built using Elementor so you can change any section with any content and image.
Waves you have mentioned for final part of the page https://softek.radiantthemes.com are all images and can be replaced from Elementor. In most cases they are just background which you can replace from and within Elementor.
Icons/images all can be replaced from Elementor. You can use any icon you wish. Just upload it and set from Elementor.
https://softek.radiantthemes.com/home-version-four/ here the image you mentioned with circling background was done using Slider Revolution plugin (included). If you know Slider Revolution (easy to learn) then you can simply replace the image and still keep the circling animation.Yes, it’s possible to enable/disable sections for desktop/mobile. it’s default feature of Elementor.
It’s not possible to create completely separate version of the site for just mobile.
