We had some issues regarding the Theme and our WordPress provider. However, the support team was very attentive and efficient in addressing and resolving the problems for us.

Satisfied with this theme. I faced lots of problems but support help me fixed most of them, others I fixed by my own. I am very difficult customer with lots of demands but the support did satisfy almost all my needs.

Don't get me wrong, if you buy the theme to use it with it's current functionalities and design, you will find no problems, probably.
I did lots of customization both functionally and visually and if you see the website, it has almost nothing in common with the theme.

My suggestion is if you are planning to have comprehensive functionality better not count on this theme since you might face problems as I did. Else, go for it, you won't regret it!

Support contacted me and notified me there was an issue with the third party Elementor editor. They released an update and I was able to finally get the header to render properly.

Not ideal to have to go through a lot of fuss just to get it to work, but I do like the theme design and I am happy that the customer support team promptly fixed the issue.

Header renders white background in mobile screen size. I just now launched a fresh instance (server) and downloaded and installed the latest version. EXACT same problem. I switch my browser to mobile view, and white header with no text visible.

I will open a ticket and send a link so author can see it.

I install the theme but the demo was not working. I open a ticket with support and they fix the problem within 1 day.
