I am interested on this theme. I have a question. My website is already in live mode in main domain. So I have to complete new site using this theme in a subdomain. Once it is completed I have to migrate it main domain.

Is it possible?

Yes this is possible. You need to first register the theme on a sub domain and when development is complete and you’re ready to transfer to main domain then you need to approach us to reset the license.

No theme controls core wordpress files. For password reset it uses Wordpress’ native php code/function. If you’re not getting mail then it means your server has blocked php mail() function or its getting delivered in Spam.

It is possible to deactivate the license from the demo domain and then activate it on my live domain.

No it’s not possible now. Multiple usage detected and shift is allowed only within support period, your support expired in 2021. Unlimited download and activation is not possible because of https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

Before proceeding with the purchase, I would like to know if it is possible to deactivate the license from the demo domain and then activate it on my live domain. My intention is to set up a demo domain initially for testing purposes and subsequently transition to the live domain once everything is ready.

Hi I am asking for help since last 3 days to deactivate my last domain cause I am shifting to my new domain. there’s no response at all expect this your support is now expired. Everything is not about getting money all the time. it should be on user end to activate or deactivate theme domains. I am deleted my theme from old domain and trying to activate on new one. now everything is at your hand I can only request you to just deactivate that one and allow me to connect new one. I have faced a lot of problems due to this. Rather than going for your support or buying new license I would recommend buying another one. I don’t recommend their theme the reason is that other theme have option to activate and deactivate themes.

You’re using old version of the theme. You need to update theme and register the theme to download plugin.

Edit required pages in WordPress editor -> Scroll down a bit and see this option section https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Bf54Zb_oPOt5Dwm6MtNuR9Yv_RnKAvZM/view?usp=sharing . Select none to disable short banner.

Your many Demo/LivePreview pages not work correctly, i tried to open it on different browsers and different ips but the problem is same. Please check and update it.

Maybe due to cloudlfare cache. Just cleared it and it seems pages are loading ok now.

To have decent speed

1) Use better hosting as mentioned in https://wordpress.org/hosting

2) Activate cloud flare – this will speed up your site 100% within 24 hrs.

3) Use cache plugin.

4) Check your image size. Keep image sizes within 700 KB.

5) Convert plain images to .webp

We have now solved the problem using Elementor 3.5.6 But we are waiting for information for the new version.

Please use the theme with Elementor free version as we have used our own header/footer builder which will not work with Pro version of header and footer builder. As you can see only Elementor is mentioned in Compatible with column so it’s recommended to stay within the version for which the theme is compatible.

Hi, we have the same issue as ajumobidavid below where the radiant theme plugins are experiencing issues… I have tried the suggestion at https://radiantthemes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042212354-Plugin-Update but after deactivating and deleting the plugins, then going to Appearance > Radiantthemes Install Plugins and clicking ACTIVATE next to the two plugins I deleted, it won’t reinstall them… the “ACTIVATE” button turns grey like the plugin has been activated, but if I go to plugins I can see the plugin has not been added… if I then go back to Radianthemes Install Plugins the button turns back to the blue “ACTIVATE” button

Thanks – I had to manually update the parent theme to the new version and then it worked in terms of updating the plugins too.

You’ll get pricing section on https://softek.radiantthemes.com/services-02/ and https://softek.radiantthemes.com/services-03/ page so if you want to have any pricing page on your site, you may take the pricing section from those service pages and create a the pricing page with that section.
