1. No this is not possible to open the zoon image in a new tab, there is no such option in our Theme for this, so this requires customization. When i click the “” symbol, the image opens as ajax and i have the option to right click and see the image in new tab, instead how to change the function of “” symbol to open the image in new tab? I would like to buy this theme for my site. My current theme uses WPBakery and I’ve built customized layouts for most of my pages. If I activate this theme, will my current templates remain in place or will I have to recreate all of my pages using the new theme builder?

Yes, our Theme is based on 4 page builders, and WP Bakery, Visual Composer, Elementor and Gutenberg and you can use any one page builder at a time, and yes if you use WP Bakery page builder then it will remain all your templates at place.

Hi I purchased the Porto theme for a website that had to be taken offline due to legal reasons, they were selling surgical equipment and there were legal complications. The website was spotlightortho.co.uk and was deleted ages ago. All they have is a holding page but their business is finished. Would I be able to use that purchased theme for a new customer instead, please?

I read the comments and I try to check the stock option in inventory and put 100 in quantity and did work!

We are trying to use the vc element porto product categories, but either if we have selected to show featured products, there are no images displayed! Just to mention, that we have checked that there are featured images assigned (wp 5.7.2, wc 5.3, porto 6.0.7)

Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue:
I. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI. If you have set up the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.
Otherwise please contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.

ok… that is your plugin and you asked from us to check your changelog? so, you are saying that you do not know what are you changing? also, your theme has a lot of compatibility issues with the top 5 product filters plugins and we did a lot of work to success working with one of them and FYI some days ago we asked for support from you and you said that it is not your responsibility for third party plugins! So, what is your support for?
we opened also and a support ticket and send you login etc … why you do not proceed for troubleshooting?

Yes, that is our plugin, and yes the element is our plugin element, and as I told you that we update the Theme for making it compatible with the plugins and WP, so it might possible that the old Theme files not working with the latest plugin or maybe any conflicton from latest WP, and regarding third-party plugins confliction issues, so those are not included in the Theme support package and you can confirm it from Envato as well.
And if you already generated the support ticket, then please be patience, once your support ticket will be resolved you will get a reply of your support ticket.
Hi, In Mega Menu, Would like to have sub menus in multiple columns instead of a lengthy single column. But if i keep a heading with #URL in custom link to make multiple columns, in mobile view, each #URL heading is shown as a different sub menu which i dont want. Can u advise?

Ok, But if i choose narrow or a single column, then the list is so big that i am unable to view all options. How to include scrollbar in menu? One more doubt is in mega menu, if there are multiple columns with multiple sub menus, then menus are in black colour with proper spacing, but if no multiple sub menus, then menus are in blue colour like links with improper spacing. How to correct it?

We have removed the premium plugins from the Theme Package because the Theme was heavy and now the plugins are on our internal server and can be Install/updated directly from our internal server, And you can check the Theme size and speed now it is super fast now, So this is the demand of the situation as we have to make Porto Super Fast so you have to try to update/install the Theme on Live test server then you will be able to Install/Update the Plugins.
If you are already on Live server and unable to Install/update the Plugins then Can you please try once deactivating the Theme from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and then after removing the browser cache again activate the Theme with the same Purchase code and then try to Install/Activate/Update the plugins hope you will not find an issue.
You can easily Install and Activate those and all Plugins from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Install Plugins.
But remember that you are able to Install and Activate the Plugins after activating the Theme License code.

Regarding the support ticket, they have reply to me but saying that my server had no connection with your servers. That is false, I do not have firewall restrictions on the server, I use Google Cloud VM where the configuration of the machine depends 100% on me. I have not configured any firewall on the server. I ping the two URLs of your servers and there are 0% lost packets
Please make a real root analysis of the the problem, I don’t have more time. I’m seriously thinking about installing another theme that really makes my job easier. I await your reply soon.

After the last update of the porto functionality plugin, there is no way to save changes in the section. The rows are saved, but the section settings are not changed. i am test on different browsers – chrome and firefox
