2. Yes you can embed videos. Please share what custom options you need.

1. The theme is built on App. technology, so convert to app (for app stores) is fairly straight forward video
2. Yes, we have an addon called WPLMS Batches, ( Group of students = Batch ), a Batch can be connected to multiple courses each batch student gets access to the courses connected to it. Batch has its own statistics section of the students enrolled in a batch. Yes, we also have parents video, contact teacher / live chat is available.
3. Yes, from the description it is possible to use it.
4. The theme can be used to manage full scale university, you can create member types ( teacher, student, staff, admins etc ) customise the dashboard appearance based on member type. We do not have a pension payment facility at the moment.

Automatic notifications is available via emails to the student, this can be customised to send emails to the parent as well. Yes, the payment subscription is visible to Parents for each child.
I know you use Elementor, but Oxygen is more flexible. Is it possible or impossible? I would love to buy this theme if it’s possible to use Oxygen.

Hi. I’ve followed all the steps in your tutorial on the Zoom plugin, but i cannot make it work. When i click the Meetings button in the course, add new meeting, put in details, and when i hit Add Meeting everything disappears from the form, and no meeting is created. i’ve triple checked the JWT app and the api is active. please advise

1) I use landing page to promote my courses. And buying with default user journey Product page>Cart>check out don’t work for me. As people don’t want to take these many steps and they will loose interest. Is there any way I can skip all of it and redirect them to the checkout page?

Hi. My course duration has been set to 12 months previously. I now want to change the course duration to 6 months. If I change it, how will it affect people who bought the course previously – will they still have access for the remainder of their 12 months? I want new users to have 6 months access from date of purchase, and old users to keep their original 12 months. Is this possible?
Yes, this is default. The people who are enrolled at 12 months will keep on having access for 12 months. The users who will get access now will have access for 6 month.

I have since deactivated and deleted the Elementor Pro builder from the site altogether but still, the entire course cat and level structure is broken on WPLMS v4.What is the real issue now?

Good day. We bought and started installing the theme, but there is a flaw in your instructions. You provide 4 possible categories (https://prnt.sc/11v5a92), but there is no description (textual) how they differ. Please give a link where you can read about the differences between these categories.
Currently the only difference is the demos, you can easily use browser back button to see which demo exist in which category.

i have updated website from 3.99 to 4.0 and it destroyed all websites on hosting and added a huage malware don’t know why but now malware is removed but now i have tried to update it again and whenever i migrate 3.9 to 4.0 it shows me too many errors at different places inside profile pages. i have posted on forum but i haven’t get any response infect get notifications of irrelevant topics. let me know what to do and how to a ticket so that you team can check and solve it. thanks

Hello, I wanted to know if there is some progress on privacy issues. If I restrict visibility for members directory, activities etc. in the WPLMS/ BuddyPress options, the students cannot access their courses and dashboards any longer. Thus I need to enable full visibility to everybody, even non-logged-in. That is not compliant with the European GDPR. I was told that this issue is known and added to the log about half a year ago but it is still ongoing.
My support is expired, but this is an issue I brought up when I still had support. Thanks for an update.

while appointment booking plugin is for the instructor booking not the course booking.
You do not need Appointments for this. Use WPLMS Batches, create different batch start date/time combinations. We have several big sites using WPLMS Batches for this exact use case.
