In Contact Form 7, I tried duplicating the form to create a new form. It did not work. According to the Contact Form 7 developer, this is usually due to the conflict with a plugin. I deactivated and activated the plugins and figured out that when Salient WPBakery Page builder is activated, the forms cannot be duplicated. Contact Form 7 developer asks the conflicting plugin author to resolve the conflict. Here is a similar issue. I am using Salient version 13.0.5 and Contact Form 7 version 5.4.1

Hi good Nectar people. Wondering if this is just me, but on Chrome my site no longer sits in the centre of the screen, it is to the right, i checked your demos and they are all the same, centred fine in Brave and Safari, just not chrome?

Hello, Quite regularly our main shopping page does not show any products. This happens every few days and I am not sure what is causing it. When I then reopen and save the page, the products are back again.

Hey dzineee, that sounds like it could be a caching issue from your hosting or performance plugin. If you’ve already tried to deactivate any caching plugins you may have active, I would contact your host so that they can verify no caching settings from their side could be causing the problem.

Hello! We have issue with Nectar slider when translating it to Arabic/RTL. So, everything is fine except Headings. When translated with WPML letters in heading are not connected. For the Caption works fine, only Title/Heading is messed up. We use Arabic font, as I said, it’s ok for captions. Any idea how to fix this issue?

Hey robotnjik, the caption and heading are both specified as translatable fields in the same manner for WPML. Have you tried to open a ticket with WPML yet so that they can look over the setup? Salient is a supported theme from WPML, so they should be able to diagnose the issue.

Hello, actually, I find what is the reason: for titles in Nectar Slider there is some js that animates each letter of the title. That animation breaks Arabic for some reason, cause in Arabic all letters in the word are connected with the line. Maybe this would be helpful for someone who face the same problem.
We switched from Nectar slider to Slider Revolution and make it work.

1. Are you referring to your header navigation bar? If so, I’m not seeing any difference between that page vs. your home page. It would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot highlighting what you’re referring to
2. It looks as though you have enabled the secondary header bar, but don’t have any menu items assigned to that location. You can disable it in the Salient options > header navigation > secondary header bar tab

It seems the code isn’t working for changing the add to cart button to have a different color scheme. I placed it in the actual cart page CSS and in the salient section as well and still no dice.. . .Am I placing this code in the incorrect spot?

Whoops, I re-read your initial question and can see you were asking about something different than I thought. The CSS I provided changes the cart icon within your header. To alter the add to cart buttons on each product the correct CSS would be:

The main issue we are having with weDocs or DocsPress (a fork of it) is that it completely lacks any CSS styling when used with Salient.

Are you experiencing CSS conflicts with weDocs where Salient is overriding their styles or is it that the plugin CSS doesn’t match the styling of your Salient powered site enough? I’ve been heaving issues with images not loading in my woocommerce category pages. I am not sure what is causing this, but I expect an issue with lazyload. are you familiar with this and know a solution?

I think it is a compatible issue with WP rocket, that also offers LazyLoad. Could it be when I activate lazyload both on Salient; and on WP rocket, that they won’t load?
I now have disabled lazyload on WP rocket and it seems to be working again. In what way does Salient Lazyload these images? Is this part of ” Lazy Load Page Builder Element Images ” ?

Using lazy loading from two different sources will indeed cause issues.You can disable the Salient lazy loading for the shop specifically with the “Lazy Load Shop Images” option in the Salient > WooCommerce tab if you’d like to enable the WPRocket lazy loading again

Is there a way to have the text links underlined (within the content of the website) without underlining other things like links on the dropdown, icons etc.?
I tried adding this code in the Custom CSS code area. It underlines the text links but also underlines the icons at the top of the page (search icon, social media icons etc.) and I don’t want this to happen: a { text-decoration: underline; }
Is there a better way to do this?

Thanks. This will work for now, but the link management in general is all over the place in the theme. There’s no way to set a “global” mousover/mouseout colour scheme in the theme and control how links behave in pages and posts. This should be something to add to a future version

There’s an issue with the Tabbed element. If you add a css class to a tab it doesn’t save that css class to the li tab element

There’s no option for that built into Salient directly, but you can use the free plugin YITH ajax filters to achieve it. That’s the plugin we use for that particular demo.

After you’ve set up the archive page header settings, you can add images for each category in the WooCommerce > Categories section by editing a category and sing the “Category Header Image” field

This is great, but how do I edit the header for the main store page as well? It is not listed within the categories section.
Also I noticed that the breadcrumb for mine does not take a user back to the main store section. It goes from the homepage of the website to the categories. On your demo the user is able to navigate back to the store level from any given product or category. Is there a setting to adjust this?

The Go to shop should be in the salient text-domain – could you please reach out in regards via the contact form on my author page with temporary admin access so that I can take a closer look?
The Quantity currently has the colon and extra space included as part of the string, so that would need to be entered as “Quantity: ” when translating.

You can indeed add WooCommerce functionality to that demo. There is no option to import specific pages from demos, but you can certainly import two demos and then use what you desire.
