Hi, I’m all updated on WP and plugins and even tried to update PHP to 7.4 but after some recent update I’m getting this on a few of my pages including my home page many times with different line numbers. :

Thanks for the kind words! We haven’t had any other reports of this error that I can see. Are you using the latest versions of all of the plugins and your theme? You definitely should be using PHP 7.4, so that won’t be the issue.
If updating everything via FTP to the latest versions doesn’t fix the problem, please open a Support Ticket including temporary login details for FTP and wp-admin so we can debug the issue. Thanks! 
Hi guys, While I was using the theme & the web site something strange has happened. Out of a sudden the site was like “reset”, my logo disappeared, the original theme logo began to display on the web site and all my menu links disappeared as well. I even don’t have access to the WP admin link ( www.limanyachting.com/wp-admin ). I talked to the hosting company and they suppose that the theme has been automatically updated or some plugin, or something similar. Have you ever had similar issue before? The site is limanyachting.com
Hmmm no it doesn’t look like the theme or Automotive Listings plugin updated. Your theme and Automotive Listings plugin are both still quite down-level. Your theme is at version 8.2 and the Automotive Listings plugin is at 12.5. Your /wp-admin URL is throwing a 500 Internal Server Error which should be logging something, was your web host not able to tell you what the exact error is in the PHP error_log? Is there demo pages to instal and can these pages be edited using Elementor?
Yes, as of version 12.0 we fully support Elementor and all of our shortcodes work with it. We are also releasing an update tomorrow (version 12.1) that will also include the Elementor version of the demo content so you can just select it when you go to install.

You can do this under Theme Options >> Custom Styling >> External JS Scripts and also right below it (without the script tags on the Custom JS) under Theme Options >> Custom Styling >> Custom JS

BUT – When I use this plugin – It does not work with your theme. https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-extra-product-options/7908619When I use the Default WordPress 2021 theme the plugin does work.
I contacted the plugin developer already, who knows, it might be simple fix.

That is the error in the console in the dashboard. This is what the Plugin Dev said “From what you are pasting it seems that the theme replaces native WordPress functionality having to do with the underscore which the plugin is based on. This is actually one of the two reasons a theme may be incompatible. The other being not following WooCommerce template rules.”

Does your theme come with the latest database of vehicle makes and models that is uploaded during theme installation or is the buyer expected to manually enter this? 2. Is there an option for users to register with their mobile phone and not just email address to reduce the element of fraud? I am aware there’s a plugin which some theme dev’s integrate into their theme that allows for mobile registration. 3. In addition, is there an option for social login? 4. Hi there, I just updated an old site from using version 9 of the Automotive theme up to the latest 11.9.9.1 theme, as well as 16.6 Automotive Listings plugin. I had to fix a few things as expected, but one thing I cannot fix is the issue of Font Awesome icons not appearing. For some reason they only appear when logged in and not when logged out. I run WP Rocket and have cleared this cache several times as well as manually removing the Cache folder from within WP-Content.
I’ve also noticed it sometimes work on the home page when in incognito mode, but not other sub pages, could you look at it? https://www.guscommercials.com/

I think you just need to fully clear your browsers history and cache, it works perfectly for me here. The Font Awesome version would have changed but you are probably just loading the old scripts cached in your browser.

ALSO,when visiting the support page for this theme i see a notice saying in my account that the theme is UNREGISTERED and i need to get a licence from you not themeforest / envato?
It sounds like your website may be using a very old version that was originally using the Envato API system. They removed that a couple of years back. Because of that you will need to manually Download the Automotive theme bundle off of ThemeForest and then update your theme and plugins with FTP. After you do that you will be able to connect your account to the new Envato OAUTH system under Theme Options >> Update Settings.

WordPress now offers an option to set the favicon under Appearance >> Customize and then click the Site Identity tab. You can set it under Site Icon. The former theme option will be deprecated in a future release.

It is totally hopeless with the Portfolio function. Why is it not possible to link into an port folio item from the portfolio? It does not make any sence.
You click on a picture, and you are not getting to the actually portfolio item.

Hi, if contact form 7 and the prebuilt contactform dont send mails, is that because of a php mail block by the hosting company?
There are a whole bunch of reasons WordPress may not be sending mail (none of which are any fault of the Automotive theme or plugin), but here are a few things to check:
1.) Check that you have the proper email address set under Settings >> General >> Email Address as well as under Theme Options >> Contact Settings
2.) Check to see if WordPress send email through your web server (Try the ‘Forgot your password’ link on /wp-admin/
3.) Some hosting providers require special settings to be applied to your WordPress installation in order to send emails from WordPress. You may need to contact your hosting provider and work with them to ensure emails are being sent correctly from your WordPress installation. Some hosts don’t support PHP’s mail function. They often claim it’s to reduce spam since the PHP mail() function can be used to send email defining the from address as whatever you want without having to authenticate. You should be able to get confirmation from your hosting provider that php mail() is functioning correctly from your hosting account.
4.) If your hosting provider does not support wp_mail and the standard PHP mail() function, you can try to configure email sending from WordPress using SMTP (another type of mail service). WP Mail SMTP by WPForms is a popular plugin that will accomplish this.
5.) Ensure Proper Return Address is Used: The From: address used in the Mail section of the CF7 interface can be important in determining if an email is able to be sent via the CF7 plugin. Some hosting requires that any emails being sent via WordPress are from a valid email address on your local domain.
6.) Check to make sure it is not going to spam. Emails can be considered spam for a whole host of reasons and get rejected at many points in the email process in addition to your spam folder.
7.) Disable any additional plugins (that were not included in the theme package) and test it again to ensure there are no conflicts.
Checked all. Even installed smtp mailer. Test message: works. When I use your prebuild form: still message ‘could nog send mail.’
Contact form 7: nothing happens when i click on ‘send’ button. Never saw this before. What to do?
Hosts has no problems with php mailing.
Edit: your prebuild form works, CF7 doesnt.

Has anyone had issues updating WooCommerce to the latest version and Automotive Theme? I tried over the weekend and the shop doesn’t display. Had to roll back pretty quick. I’m currently testing in a staging site. Would be interested if there are known compatibility issues.
UPDATE: On staging I updated the theme to latest, but not Woocommerce and the shop has disappeared.
UPDATE: New staging test – updated WooCommerce to latest, didn’t update theme and the site still works as it should – so the theme has an issue?
We have not have any reports of issues upgrading to the latest version of WooCommerce, all of our demo sites are running the latest versions as well. If you are having trouble please open a Support Ticket and we will be more then happy to have a look at it for you and see what is going on!

I want to link this theme to my Shopify Autoparts store. Is this possible?

As long as you are using WordPress you can easily use this theme and then link the ‘Shop’ in your main menu to your shopify store.
Would this mean that this theme would open in a different url? Or couod I get it to be under my current website’s name?
I think the best option if you really want a seamless integration with this theme would be to migrate from shopify to WooCommerce. WooCommerce is completely free as well. Receiving too many spam email via contact form and reCAPTCHA does not work with your theme, how would you help
You can enabled Google reCAPTCHA under Listing Options >> API Keys >> Google reCAPTCHA API. If you have these settings toggled On and have proper Public and Private keys and you are still having an issue please open a Support Ticket including temporary login details to your website so we can investigate. Could you please check why can i not reset my License for front-end submission? I know support has been expired but resetting license should remain enabled so one can reset his license.
I’ve two products
Automotive Car Dealership Business WordPress Theme - . I can see link to reset this license but for
Automotive Frontend Submission—it is just saying “Not Registered”. and Link is expired. You can see my license info over there.
I need to change my domain because this was all “dev” websites where I had registered this plugin. Please make that “reset” button enabled because we stil need to change URLs for a few more time.
