Hello,

How do we enable quantities to product page?

We only have a button “Add to cart” but no feature to add more of the same product. Is there a ”+/- box” with a number you can type in to add an X amount to the cart?

Please make sure that you have unchecked the option “Sold individually” from products as showing below:

For Shop/Categories pages, you have to select the layout as showing below, from Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archives.

Ok, Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue, and if not then please contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.

I.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI.  If you have set up the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.
VII. Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still presist with the default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.

Sorry to say that but there is no such option in our Theme for it, you have to try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements, at your own risk.

When i click the “” symbol in a product image, the image opens as ajax and i have the option to right click and see the image in new tab, instead how to change the function of “” symbol to open the image in new tab directly? Thats all. Hope it will be possible. Thanks in advance

Your ‘IT Services’ demo is just a flat web site. Is it possible to also include Woocommerce in this?

I would like to create a Dokan-based multivendor site, for IT freelancers, so this is the right style, but I need the e-commerce functionality in there too.

Yes, you can go with that Demo, and you have to Install the WooCommerce and Dokan plugin from Appearance >> Install Pugins, but you have to setup your shop and multivendor store from scratch using the plugins doc.

Nice theme. I’m trying to remove the Newsletter Popup that is on the front page of Shop 4, but when I do that, the index page greys out like it is expecting the popup to appear, or as if the popup IS still there but of course since deleted the form it is not there, but the page is greyed out.. So I put the newsletter form back in the page for now. But my question is, how do I remove the popup PLUS make the Homepage not look for it or expect it?

I read the instructions for /using-wpbakery-page-builder and I deleted the Modal Box section from the home page and I deleted (put in trash) the Newsletter popup from the templates builder folder. However it still shows a transparent dark bg on the home page with a broken image x as if the newsletter is being called. How do I get rid of all references for newsletter popup?
