I like thegem theme, however its loads slow. At least Google Page Speed indicated this. Can I speed up blocking speed etc, get better ranking and speed on Google Page speed. I currently have Swift Performance cache plugin installed. I am using Cloudflare for SSL. I created a token in Cloudflare for the purging of cache via Swift Performance Cache plugin. I have no idea how I can speed thegem theme up! Maybe I am missing something?

Hi, I use The Gem.(https://enco.com.tr/) Unfortunately icons (font awesome) disappeared from the frontend. In the backend are displayed. All plugins are up to date.I checked Font Awesom for bug, Wrote the developer. They couldnt find a problem wit plug in.

The theme recently started conflicting with States, Cities, and Places for WooCommerce plugin (allows for cities to be a drop down option) and it’s making it impossible for users to enter their accurate addresses and for the shipping plugin to work. It’s been happening for the past few months and after turning off all plugins and using the default theme, turns out it’s a theme conflict problem.

I updated the theme on my clients website and it messed up the header a bit. The top bar is set to dark but it is now light and wont change. Hi, Bottom Area and Footer are two different things. I tried using a custom Footer and both the custom footer and Bottom Area appears at the same time. I was able to edit the Bottom Area in the past. Why did you remove that feature?

Hello CodexThemes, A while back, when I still had support, I wanted to use the hamburger menu but I hated the light or dark bar that appears across the top of the page and to make it worse its sticky on scroll thereby reducing my visual window on scroll with no option to reduce its size. So I asked support to provide me a custom css to either make it disappear or to become transparent altogether but the css code below was given me at the time but now I really want to use it and tried it but its not working, so I am thinking maybe the recent updates is the reason its not working. I have tried it both on the global css ‘theme option” settings and the actual page css but the bar is even bolder than ever after applying it; so please look at the code given me by your support to see if its even viable. I have tried it on two licenced builds on thegem and it’s not working. If you can test it and provide me a working css code, it would be appreciated. Thank You.

Pre purchase question. I have a wordpress multisite network, so same installation but different domains. How do your licences take care of this problem?
