As I said we have spent a huge amount of money to build this website. So performing a refund of theme payment might not be sufficient because of this we have to build the site again and do whole SEO things again which will be again extra costs for us.
So I suggest please provide a better alternative than the refund process otherwise I have you guys have to pay me all the SEO expense as it is your company’s fault that they didn’t mention this issue on the theme.
Make sure you come up with a proper answer and I have applied for a refund but make sure it doesn’t process unless you come up with a proper solution.

I think you didn’t read my message carefully or you don’t want to understand what I am trying to say but still let me repeat myself again.
We have bought your theme but now your theme doesn’t provide good page speed and as per your team they also don’t have any solution for that. As a result We have to develop website again and need to do all the rework of SEO for which we have already spent huge money.
So now if I just got refund for theme amount then it doesn’t make sense because its your company’s fault that they didn’t mentioned on that theme regarding page speed issue. Hence, We want you to either full refund including all expenses which we had spent on SEO.

I confirm the page loading problem is not entirely coming from our WordPress theme. You need to optimize many things related to speed such as images, JS files, CSS. You need good hosting.

First of all we have done all the mentioned steps to improve website speed. and regarding server configuration we have hosted this website on our dedicated vps which is 8core server. So I don’t think it should have any issues with that and we have asked many experts to work on this speed improvement and as per the feedback received it’s problem of theme no paid plugin is also going to work. Hence, it is entirely your theme fault.
Moreover, Demo site which you have sent it is showing C rank even you guys are using wp-rocket as paid plugin that also could not be able to provide you required output. So better not to give such false arguement.
What I think is you need to read the communication which I had with your support team because based on your answer it looks like you didn’t check that either. Anyways for your reference I have pasted received answer over here.

This is a problem for many sites that use the Elementor Page Builder plugin, because it generates a lot of DOM so when you test on GTMetrix it won’t score well.
The Rocket plugin also only partially improves the speed, not completely. Our demo is also using Rocket plugin, you can test the speed of our demo site (http://wpdemo.archiwp.com/engitech/) and compare it with yours.
Currently we are also looking for a solution to improve this but haven’t found the best solution yet.

I am not trying but I am 100% sure that its coming from your theme and its confirmed by your team as well.
Another thing that I would like to tell you is that we have done all the mentioned things which are suggested but still there is no major improvements as well as in your demo site you added paid plugins then also you able to get C rank not above.
That is the reason I think there is problem in your theme only. Otherwise you should have higher rank on GTmetrix because you guys are expert and used paid plugin still not able to manage the top rank; which proves that problem is in your theme only.
I have many other ways to prove this but you guys need to make sure you either reimburse my all the expense which I have spent on SEO thing or FIX problem in your theme and send me updated one.

2, We’re not trying to please GTmetrix to get a good score. this will affect the demo of the website, for example, if we try to optimize the image and reduce the image quality, it will make the demo look very bad.
3, We do not make any agreements or commitments to compensate customers for the costs that customers have spent to build their websites. This is an unreasonable request for us. we are only responsible for refunding the exact amount spent by the customer to purchase our theme which is $59 and no more.

Please process exact amount in the bank I dont want to argue because you guys wont accept that it’s your fault that you didn’t mention about this issue in your theme or anywhere.
Anyways process that amount in my bank and I will check with my legal team that whatever I am saying is reasonable or not because I think its your fault so you are liable to provide compensation if you cant resolve issue on your application.

I use your theme because I have an envato elements subscription and it allows me to download it, so I don’t know if they could help me.

I installed the Theme and imported the Demo Data. I keep getting problems with the layout. I have removed WP and the theme and have tried new downloads and fresh installs of both WP and the themes and keep getting the same layout issues. I do not know if the Demo is being fully imported or if there an issue with the Demo package. Also, when an Inner Section is added to the Demo data using Elementor, the section shows up as rows instead of columns. Elementor works as it should if I change the Theme but there is a conflict with Engitech. The website is www.whitecanvassolutions.com. I downloaded my Theme through Envato Elements so I do not have a Purchase Code to submit a ticket.

Hi, I had an issue with Engitech Icon Box 3 loading icons with predefined with and height arguments (512px on the set of icons downloaded from https://www.flaticon.com/ in my case). With my control setup, it looked like not displaying the icon at all.
I can see, that other controls like Icon and Icon Box work as the user would expect, so please consider an improvement on that.
