This theme looks perfect for me but I am running wordpress 5.7.2… it says it is not compatible… will you be upgrading ??

Hi Borken, I checked the ticket. The last answer is correct. This should work by default unless you have custom changes in child theme, and custom changes show a different version of the theme or you have not update the theme correctly (like missing to update the core plugin too). thx i did all of it still no luck. updated theme 3 times and core plugins and cleared cache everywhere the processing works fine on contact form but not on booking form… i am out of ideas now.

Unfortunately it is impossible for us to debug 3rd party changes. The best way to update the theme and keep your changes, is to first move all custom changes in a Child theme and after update the theme.

If i create a multilanguage website and someone registers and submits a listing, will this listing be translated and show to the other languages?

To create a Multilanguage website you need to add a 3rd party plugin as the theme only supports one language by default. The way the properties are translated depends on the plugin that you use.
We tested WPML and this plugin will require for admin to manually translated everything from admin.

If the plugins are not used, they are safe to be removed. Just check your pages as if you have any pages that were created with WPBakery Visual Composer, they will need to be recreated with Elementor.

Hi, is there any option to manage various items of one host? For example: I have an apartment with 4 rooms and I want to rent these rooms. I register my apartment, I add these 4 rooms and the guests can choose and pay rooms individually

I spotted your theme years ago, it is a great theme, it seems it is time to purchase it to replace our current system. Hence my pre-sale questions.
1) I noticed that a guest can send a message / request without logging-in. It wasn’t possible in the past, now it is and this is great. Would it be difficult the pop-up / modal “Contact Owner” form to populate the dates and the price given, in case the guest had just checked them before? So the guest will not have to re-enter dates and guests.
2) Is it possible to use recaptcha in the pop-up / modal “Contact Owner” form?
3) Is it possible to modify the mandatory fields in the pop-up / modal “Contact Owner” form? The guest may just require some extra info regarding the property.
4) Is it possible in the property page to have the contact details of the property owwner plus a web site link on the right hand side, under the add to favorites / contact owner button?
5) Is it possible to operate it in mixed mode? I mean some properties with calendar and book online and other properties on contact the owner only mode?
6) In case there are payments, who is getting the payment? The website owner or, is there a setting for each property owner, so the property owners can get the payments directly?
7) About property locations: Is it possible to enter the lat and long to each property and the address without google map interfering and repositioning the map marker? I have seen other systems where even if lat & long have entered, once the user starts to type an address, Google map suggests an address and there is no an option to escape it. So, entering a location for rural areas can be difficult.
8. Is it possible the “Add to Favories” to be cookie based, so no log-in will be required?
9) Is any widget like “properties nearby”, so when the user is at a property page, won’t have to go to the map and s=start searching again?
10) Is an option listed properties (list or map) to open in a new tab? I mean without modifying the code in the hrefs.

—--> Currently we do not have this option. This change requires custom code changes, since we never tried to develop such an option, I cannot advise the difficulty of the changes.

where is this below setting? We don’t have “verify” but you can use the theme register with username and email – and the password comes via email. So without having the password in email, user cannot login. It’s not exactly as verify link – but it’s what we have.

-> The user will be able to book any listising available, if you follow the above guidelines, the user will be able to book any listings regardless if it is a house or a car.

The theme can be used for a single owner and if that owner wants to add a single property, he can do it.
But we do not rent hotel style. So if you wish to rent different rooms, you add each room as single listing.
What other clients do for situations where they rent full hours or specific rooms, is they use ical feed in the theme to sync the calendar availability of listings (if full room is booked, through ical you can block the single listings for each room too)
