This is a really strange issue, can you please try once with deactivating all the third-party plugins and activating the Parent-Theme if you are using the Child Theme? If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, otherwise, please contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check and help you out in solving your issue.

Hi, Is it possible to have the same behavior in header customizer like header type 1? Meaning, in full size header the menu is under the left column logo and in sticky there are in the same line?

You can achieve it using our latest feature in the 6.1.0 release: ”+ Added: an option to make a row or section to the sticky header in header builder”

You have to use Template Builder for creating your own Custom Header and use that feature to set the desired row to sticky as per your requirements.

Hello, after updating the theme wheneve i use porto speed optimize everything would work fine except Optimize WPBakery & Shortcodes whenever i press compile i get this error msg “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” any recommendation?

Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

I.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI.  If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.

After new update, Global tab is not working. We have added block slug in global tab with priority 60, which was working fine but suddenly from last updates we are unable to see content on global tab. While if we click on the link of block content appears, but on product page there is no content inside global tab title.

Every time I try to update to the latest version of your theme it removes all my custom theme options; my logo, favicon, my header, custom css and other features. I do have the child theme enabled any ideas what could be the issue?

Please run the backup of your site before the update, and then activate the Parent-Theme and deactivate all the third-party plugins and check back your site after removing the browser cache, and then after that please follow the instructions written in this article to update the Theme on your site: https://ptheme.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020667197--24-Update-Porto-Theme-Manually-without-Loosing-any-Data- after that you have to go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate it with same purchase code, after that you have to go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update the plugins from there one by one, finally check back your site after removing the browser cache, if all will go well, then again activate the Child Theme and third-party plugins one by one on your site.
