Have gone through the demo and this is a nice theme. My only concern is the speed. it’s slow and i dont know why that is so…and what can be done to improve the speed.

A lot of times users ask us why is your page speed slow (page load time). If you are asking this question you are most likely basing it on testing (PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix) one of our LIVE DEMOS (Example: classic.listingprowp.com). Live demos are for the purpose of the demo only. We do not optimize our demos for page speed. Page load time has almost nothing to do with the theme. Page load has everything to do with the hosting option, content, images, etc. For more details read the following articles. What should I do to improve my site speed?

1. Is the virus problem solved or not yet?
Yes, it is solved. FYI it was an overall issue with WordPress. So, it had nothing with our theme, it just affected us. Anyway, the problem is fixed now.
2. Can this theme can only be for car listing?
ListingPro an end-to-end multi-purpose Directory solution and gives a lot of flexibility to create almost any kind of listings using our customer Listing Form Submission builder and also Advance Custom Fields.
But we do not recommend it to use it for the Job Portal or Real Estate website unless you know how to make it work for you. You can try our demo and make sure it fits your use case. You can also check available live examples to see what others have created.

I’m trying to create a website where users will be able to post noncommercial ads. Normally a contact button appears under each add that allows another user to send a message directly to the author of the ad. Is it possible to change this so that a message or an alert is sent to the owner of the website instead? We want to avoid user to user interaction, the website owner will take care of everything. We only need a button that will notify the website owner that someone is interested in a given ad.

Yes, this is possible.

Yes, this is possible and this is what you need to do.
If you allow users to submit their own business listing using the Front-end submission form, then normally each user will have their own lead form that will go to their inbox in user dashboard. But you can choose to disable the lead form from appearing. See https://prnt.sc/153qrgn
Then you can create a new contact form using WPForms and add that to all listing details pages that will go directly to your email. In this case, the leads won’t come to the inbox because you are using WPForms.
Another option is you as a directory admin can add a business listing on behalf of your users and then all the leads will come to you. But this will be a less scalable model if you are expecting a lot of user submissions.
3. We only need a button that will notify the website owner that someone is interested in a given ad.
We don’t have any such button to notify the website owners but this can be something done with a custom job.

Theme is good but having issues with growing directory. The main issue is Review management. It has only one feature of Reporting the review and later deleted by the Admin. Even admin can not remove fake flags, it only gives an option to delete the review.
Kindly add some feature that enables Admin to moderate reviews before publishing.

For testing purpose, when I become a user and try to submit a listing the city field and geolocation field does not show any results and I cant proceed beyond these two fields. Google API key is activated, openstreet maps is activated and location is activated. Then why this is happening?????
