You don’t need the dashboard to install the plugin. Only required plugins are available on the dashboard. Because too many plugin installations might slow down your website.

Hi. I want to use features in Slider Revolution but it says I need to register a Slider Revolution license. I thought Slider Revolution is included in this theme as a premium plugin? I tried to create a new support ticket in your support system but it shows my account is suspended for an unknown reason. Could you please help?

Slider Revolution is bundled with Ave. However, some features (auto-update, pre-built slider templates) might require a single license from Slider Revolution. what happened with the new theme „hub“?

Unfortunately Envato temporarily disabled Hub without any prior notification due to the banner guidelines on the product page.
We made the changes and are waiting for the Hub to be back. In the meantime, we’re chasing them to speed up the process & we’ll continue to provide support.

No, it’s not a private video, we used the same theme on a different website. I did the same settings but just uploading the video. It can’t display any video when you set the row to be the background video. But the video can be played when I add it through other plugins (such as slider rev). I can’t send the login information from here. Where do I send it if I have to?

Whenever I click update plugin ave core. It says it does it successfully. But then doesn’t actually show the plugin has been updated. I deactivated the plugin to reactivate it, but I can no longer activate it afterwards …

Whenever I click update plugin ave core. It says it does it successfully. But then doesn’t actually show the plugin has been updated. It stays at 1.4.9
I already deleted the ave core and reinstall it with no success. Thanks
