what happened with the new theme „hub“?

Unfortunately Envato temporarily disabled Hub without any prior notification due to the banner guidelines on the product page.
We made the changes and are waiting for the Hub to be back. In the meantime, we’re chasing them to speed up the process & we’ll continue to provide support.

No, it’s not a private video, we used the same theme on a different website. I did the same settings but just uploading the video. It can’t display any video when you set the row to be the background video. But the video can be played when I add it through other plugins (such as slider rev). I can’t send the login information from here. Where do I send it if I have to?

Ave Core: Installed version: 1.4.9 (in red) Installed Activated, Requires Update Minimum required version: 1.4.10 Available version: 1.4.10 (in green)
Whenever I click update plugin ave core. It says it does it successfully. But then doesn’t actually show the plugin has been updated. I deactivated the plugin to reactivate it, but I can no longer activate it afterwards …

Hello. Twice I sent emails to support, it took them a week to reply the first one. The second email is about 14 days no response even after I sent a reminder. Anyways, I have been able to sort myself out only that I regretted paying for a year support. The only issue I have is not being able to install plugin. Just hope someone will read this and reply. Hi I have question,
inside the theme already have option for flickity slider to control another one. but this work only with next / prev and with swipe. and not when I click in the item.
