Hi. Got saving error “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again” while press Publish in Theme Options mode. Please advise.
At this moment I found that problem caused by Wordfence plugin. But how to solve this problem so that both the plugin is enabled and the save works in Theme Options? Thanks

Hello, I purchased this cool theme 6 months ago but did not use it until now. I have a small issue but my support is expired by a few days. Please if anyone can help me I would be very grateful. The issue is SIZING GUIDE. I am using Single Product Builder and have Size Guide added in a section so it appears on Products BUT i do not need it on EVERY product. So i followed instructions to remove image on the size guide section and just add the image for each product. The problem is it is still showing the icon and Size guide on every product even when that product has no link to an image! it works ok for each product when i upload an image but for the products that I do not want it to appear on, it is still showing and when clicked on it show a broken image file as of course i have not uploaded one in the main options panel as I was told this would stop it appearing on every product but it still shows up! I am using your child theme and have cleared cache. Any idea please? TIA

Hello Olga, yes I have the latest update and running latest wordpress etc. Also I have noticed that the heart ICON for wishlist appears on variable products when page loads then disappears when page loads with only the text showing but shows ok on simple products without issue. When I add the variable product to the wishlist the heart icon appears and is solid so the issue seems the icon before anything is added to the wishlist for variable products. I think these 2 problems are bugs. Please advise?

If you want to edit the static block content that we display in the slider go to Elementor > Settings > enable Elementor for the Static Blocks. After that go to Static Block > edit the static block that was used in the slider content.

Enable Elementor for the Products (Elementor > Settings) and edit product description using elementor. Or create your own products from scratch instead of editing demo products. Then you can use the default editor of the product description instead of the Elementor.

Before I RENEW support – Need to know if the site can do a few things:
1. MENUS: already have a site built with your theme – client now wants an entirely diffrent page with menus etc – can i disable the current menu and just use a custom one just for the page i need to create?

Hi, ok thank you:
for number 1 – the video is ok but its too fast and i suppose i can learn to do it – even tho the menu still looks the same – dont know if i can get rid of the main menu.
for number 2: the bike shop layout is ok to use – but i am not sure if i can set another store on a different page on the same site.
is all this possible on a site that is already been built or do i have to create some sort of a mini site?

You are welcome.
1) You can change the video speed using Youtube settings. Make it slower if you need. You’ll be able to choose what menu to show in other header, just choose another menu in the Menu element settings of the additional header that you created.
2) WooCommerce does not have 2 shop pages. You can display such list of products on other page using Products element and it’s settings but you won’t have filters in the sidebar because WooCommerce plugin does not display filter widgets at not archive pages.

Hello, I installed the theme on an existing site and tried to install demo content and it gave me a pop-up that asked me to reset my WP Database so I did that and when I try to install demo content I still get the pop-up and no option or button to proceed with demo install. Really I just want the theme options and widgets.

Hi, I´m trying to use the template i bought a few montsh ago, i know support is expired, i have an install in the main directory and i´m trying to make another install in a subfolder, when i tried it says i need another code, that´s why i contacted you via email and i receive a response from you telling me i have the same activation code in another website.
