Hi, Sorry to post here but even if I’ve never used it, my support time is expired.

As user “ryanasm” here had, I’m having an issue on mobile. The website is loading on my phone but as soon as you interact with it, everything is going nuts ie, icons dispear, fonts change color, etc… I do have installed the Jguery migrate plugin without success.

If that’s helping ryanasm linked his support ticket (https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/hc/requests/93901).

From his comments, I understand I need new default.js and default.min.js files to fix it ?

If that’s right, can you send me the files ?

Hi, I cannot change the color orange, I did in alll places in elements, but continues some thins like arrows in orange, the theme doesn´t update de color. Since I bougth the theme I always have the same problem.

After updating last month to the latest version the website on any mobile device is not working correctly. it appears on touch action a lot of the formatting is lost with text disappearing etc. the link below was give by someone who is having exactly the same problem and he said that you provided updated default.js helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/hc/requests/93901

I have already tried removing all plugins, clearing cache, removing all custom css, used the jquery migrate plugin but nothing works. The website is https://www.applebyassociates.com/appleby-articles/ I have tried to do some workarounds but most pages show some formatting issues on touch. The link I send has some examples of the text on read more disappearing and the date format changing on touch.

My support is expired but I need a fix to the update or will need to look for another theme.

Please try the suggestion from this article here. After you install the plugin, go to Tools and select jQuery Migrate in your left-side WordPress dashboard menu. It will open the jQuery Migrate settings. Here in jQuery Version option just change to Legacy jQuery version and click save settings button.

Also, please try deactivating your cache plugin and check once more.

Hello, I am hoping you can provide some direction. We purchased the theme I believe in 2017 for www.blueravensolar.com but since then we do not have the same themeforest/envato account. As a result the theme has not been updated since version 1.1.1 and we are running into some issues. We want to update the theme but we do not have the original account. Is there a way to recover that or do we have to repurchase the theme and someone redownload it on our wordpress account?

Well, you can contact Envato on this matter on recovering your old account. Also if this is not possible, and since the only way to be able to access your latest theme files is through an active Envato account from which the theme has been purchased, we can suggest you to repurchase the theme in order to get access to the files.

THIS THEME IS BROKEN IN MOBILE. I’m having the same issues as @inicolo, @archange_13 and @OL3_Studio. I have not seen a fix on any of their comment boards.

What is happening is when you touchMove your mobile screen, it injects inline styles on and <h> tags throughout the site. It happens on Android and iOS and with any browser on mobile.

My theory is that it’s something with the demo import. An outdated file or a presetting that is injecting the inline styles. I’ve looked high and low in JS files in CSS file, in functions.php, in WPBakery page settings, in the customize theme CSS area. I can’t find it anywhere.

I too have tried the referenced JQuery Migrate plugin, I tried deactivating all the plugins except the essential 3 that come with the theme LayerSlider, WPBakery, and Elated CPT, I tried going down in WP Versions also. Nothing has worked.

I’ve been back and forth with the theme support for a week. It’s a beautiful theme but it doesn’t work, and my client is getting pissed. It doesn’t feel like this author is taking this issue seriously based on the other comments and my own experience. When he/she does. I’ll post the fix here for you to see. Otherwise, please don’t waste your time with this theme.

Aaaand the fix finally arrives. The issue was in the default.js and the default.min.js. Support sent me new files to replace the old. If anyone else encounters this issue ask to reference helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/hc/requests/93901 and save you the back and forth.

I’m experiencing the exact same issue as @inicolo, @archange_13 and @OL3_Studio. The mobile version loads fine, but the CSS instantly breaks when interacted with. This is happening for all pages on our sites. We use Moose for two sites and both mobile/responsive versions are broken.

I’ve tried WP 5.4, WP 5.5 and WP 5.6, all with Moose 3.4 (child 1.1). JQuery Migrate does nothing to solve this issue. I opened a ticket with your support forum: #93802. Please get us a more permanent resolution soon!

I’m having a problem with the Elated CTP plugin: it adds javascript code before anything elese in my site, causing some malfunctions as hovering the text from the menu to the body, for instance. I deactivated all the plugins when I detected the problem, that was exactly whenn I updated from 3.3 to 3.4. That’s when I discovered the problem was with Elated CTP. I reuploaded all the theme files again (with the rest of the plugins deactivated) and nothing, it kiips failing. Any ideas what to do? I guess I cannot deactivate and delete this plugin, right?

Is the theme compatible with the latest wordpress update? I have been having the issue with the lastest update in which the pages become uneditable in the backend (instead of showing the block elements it’s just one big html code) I keep having to revert back to old versions of Wordpress. My question is with the Moose Theme is there a way to download the demo data for only the shop theme? when import the import file for the shop theme it imports the entire theme and all variations .
