HI,
I have problems using a menu with e sub-page on mobile devices. On a smartphone the sub-page (“Filmographie”) can be openend, but the main page “Filme” not. On Desktop/Notebooks however the “Filme”-link is clickable.

Please dont use the default blog page selected in the reading setting. https://d.pr/i/fzfLrd Built your own blog page with wpbalery page builder. Use the NEWS widget. And built the header as you want with the page builder. You will be able to do what you want.

Hi IronTemplates, my support has expired – apologies if this is inappropriate. I clicked update theme via my wordpress dashboard -> theme, and now the homepage has spacing issues, the menu is now just unformatted text. My wordpress is v5.7 – please could you let me know if this is something I need to renew my support for? Thanks!

Be sure FWRD is up to date. The last version is 2.1.7 Here our documentation about how update FWRD: https://irontemplates.ticksy.com/article/12214/ Please also update plugins, specially iron-music. Iron-music plugin last version is 2.1.3 https://irontemplates.ticksy.com/article/12253/If the issue persists please disable all plugins except iron-music and wpbakery to see if the issue is caused by one of them.

Hi, is this theme compatible with Elementor?
Hi, You can use elementor free version with fwrd but we don’t have custom elementor widgets available
WB Bakery doesn’t update to the new version even after deleting it and installing the new one from Appearances. Tried switching back and forth between child and main themes and reinstalling it. They only give you the old version. Tried disabling all plugins. Still nothing. Seems like a bit of a stretch to pay $45 for support to simply get a plugin updated.

In my Dashboard Updates area, it says my theme version is up to date. In my themes area in Appearance, it says it’s using Version: 1.0. The FWRD page on Themeforest says it goes up to V.2.1.7. How do I get the theme update? Shouldn’t there be an option in my dashboard? Thanks.

The child theme is probably activated. That is why you see you are running v1.0. The FWRD theme version is probably higher then that. I hope so. But that not means you dont need to update it. Please update FWRD: https://irontemplates.ticksy.com/article/12214/ When it is done, please go to wp-admin>plugins. Disable and remove WPBakery Page Builder. And go to “wp-admin>install plugins” to re-install the latest version. Go to “wp-admin>install plugins a second time and update all required updates.

Visitor cant create a account and upload their music. This theme is more designed to feature artist or band, Not to share music. Yes, visitor can download music, but the registration feature has to be done with a third part plugin.

We can’t change the order from the video list feature, but you can use Essential Grid to built your own video grid. Essential Grid is very more flexible. It is a huge plugin bundled to our theme.
