The person that purchased this template is not responding to my client. The website owner was not happy with her work so she contacted me to finish the job I believe the theme still has support. It appears that there are some things missing probably due to the initial installation or set up as I don’t see the Shop option in Theme Options when I follow directions here: https://docs.uxthemes.com/article/60-how-to-add-payment-icons-to-footer . . I do see a registration token in the back-end. Will this help me get support? Thank you.
The theme was purchased by someone else. If I’m able to get the license code, will I be able to get support or will the registration token be sufficient? There seems to be some things missing from the template (maybe due to installation??). Thank you. This is not our communication channel, just a comment area. We can’t track all comments and forward them to our development team to check. All reports and requests should be sent via our official support system. Marking a report as a bug is a detailed process and needs to be handled by our development team.

I have reinstalled the theme in the same domain were previously was registered and am getting this message:
The token is valid, but the Envato user associated with it doesn’t seem to have purchased Flatsome. Double-check that you were logged in with the same user that bought Flatsome when you created the token.
Sort it doing those steps:
Log out from both build.envato.com and themeforest.com.
Log in to themeforest.com.
Check if Flatsome exists in the list of the purchased items.
Log in with the same credentials as your themeforest.com account (which you purchased Flatsome).
Create the token.

HI, Reeally I like the theme, excellent job. One thing I hope I can change it so I will buy this theme, which that if l’am in product page, If l added the item to cart, it shows at top a green banner! the issue when I click back (especially in phone, i need to click twice) and this is problem and annoying, i need to click twice to get back to category page. if it is full ajax, or I can solve with flycart ajax plugin

That behavior is controlled by WooCommerce, not Flatsome. You may need a 3rd party plugin. Flatsome is compatible with all official WooCommerce extensions.
