I am thinking about buying this template but, is there a way to use it without using Elementor or WPbakery? Is there any working build of this template without any link to these scripts? I don’t mind tweaking the hard way by coding. I just need to keep the player working and the way the albums work so well with the player. Thank you!
Hi! Well, I think what you attempt to do is very very hard… nothing is impossible if coding comes in place, and you can do it for sure, but it would require reverse-engineering our functions to use the output manually.
Not impossible, but sincerely speaking a lot of work, that I as a coder would never choose…. From Elementor you have simply so many options…

Hi! I’m sorry sir, this form is meant to be a quick integration with no options. If you don’t want to use it, you can simply disable this feature, and instead use Contact Form 7 which is compatible with the theme, make a custom form and add the custom form to the website. This will allow to add any field you want.

Has anyone had an issue when you were using a video background (Youtube in my case) and then decided to take it away and leave that in blank just the image as background? well for me having that in blank I’m still looking the video in the background, I checked with different browsers and even deleted cookies, but not sure what else I can check

when completing the test site in the mobile version, we noticed that the links that open on the same page are not working.
When clicking they are in the same place, but when the page refreshes it already opens on the link that was clicked previously, strange!
If the link is configured to open in another window/tab it works but if it is to open in the same page it keeps it in the same place and only opens the link if it refreshes the page.

Hello. I´ve updated Kentha 3.2.4. My license is active. And I see this message at Kentha Plugins: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” . WP Backery is ompossible to update! and the entire theme is not working properly. Not running playlist and blackout screen when clicking to any element. Help please!

If you can provide the 10 last digits of your purchase code, I can provide more information.

Which is the correct domain? You can’t use the license and update the plugins on 2 domains with the same code
OMG yes!, We bought that domain purzynthrekords as we extended the name purzynth into that one everywhere. Then updated it on the website. So purzynthrekords.com is now the correct domain. As I´ve seen I´ll need to remove the Kentha activation and reinstall. Will I loose all settings? Already have a back up of the website.
Oook then please do like this: 1. In the new site go to the theme License activation page. Click the link to remove the code as that’s not linked correctly. Click again for confirmation, then add the P. Code again
2. Now from the same page, make sure to click the big link to plugin updates, install the missing plugins and update the ones that require so
Now all should work fine

the issue is caused by an outdated plugin. Optionally, you can delete any plugin and reinstall them with the automatic installer, so you’re sure nothing is outdated.

I cannot update WPBakery, since I don’t have an official license, but I use your theme so I need it. I get constant emails informing me, that the update has failed. How can I update, or turn the notification off? When trying to update I get the error message: “An error occurred while updating WPBakery Page Builder: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?”

Hello! Video backgrounds can be heavy, and 3D animations too, but they are just settings that you are free to turn off if your audience is expected to be using less demanding machines for the navigation.
Also I recommend making a plugin update to the player where it will automatically create previews for songs similar to beatport system, so us customers don’t have to make our own previews. it would save alot of time.
Again, this would require a media encoding server. Is not impossible but is something that requires your own servers and encoding systems. Not a 60 bucks wp theme… If your company wants to invest some hundred thousands in this, we can do that, no problem.
Hey so I found a major issue, if users are using chrome extensions for video/audio downloaders all they have to do is visit the site play an audio and can steal audio n o problem, My advice is to make a security feature for this.
Hi, audio can ALWAYS be stolen. You. don’t need plugin, and you can do it from any website. This is why on websites like iTunes or beatport you can access only to cropped lo fi samples. Once you play anything on the interner, may it be a video, a song, a picture or anything else, it is always downloaded in your computer.
Any site you visit, you can open the debugger to see the list of assets and get them from your cache or from the original URL of the server.
This is not a hack, nor is a flaw of the theme, is simply misusage if you upload full quality full lenght tracks, and instead you may want to use samples.
Some websites to avoid this, use encoded and encrypted samples, this requires your own media encryption server, and is not something you do in wordpress.
An example for this is Netflix, but you need, as said, your own software and servers, unless you have this, and some hundred thousand € to make your media encryption software, you can simply upload samples, like beatport or itunes.

Hi there, I haven’t been able to update the wp bakery plugin since I bought this theme..they are wanting me to purchase a license for it for $58. When I inquired about this previously I was assured that it was included in when I purchased the theme. I cannot use the site builder correctly, can you please assist me with resolving this?!
