I like the theme but the mega-menu keeps blurring out and I have to restore a backup to fix.
Lazy load has been disabled. Not a lazy-load issue.

Is this a game about money? I never got any support. I never asked any questions before this. This is not about my ability – I Have 26 years of web design. I do need basic support. This is about you. I am providing support to you through feedback and flaws in design. Your Short answers don’t work for me. I explained it was your update that broke the mega menu. It is blurry – It is the only reason I bought this theme. And it is blurry. And it looks bad. And it make the entire website look bad. How complicated is this design so that it gets tangled up in itself? This is simple stuff.
Your short answer fix did not work and I am wondering how much longer this WEBSITE will be broken. Will I need to use another theme? YOU ASK ME TO DISABLE ALL plugins and check again. I did that. What now?

Hello, thanks for your sell. Here is a problem that I would like to: assume an article being assigned multiple categories, but in the column of the homepage only need to show one category. The question is: can I choose which category to show on the homepage?
For example, there are 3 categories assigned for an article: “Fashion”, “Food”, “Travel”. And I want choose only one category to show in the homepage (such as “Travel”)? Currently, Suga seems to be randomly displayed the category, for example, it may show “Fashion”, or it may show “Food”. If there a method to choose “primary category” in every single article?
I have tried the plug-in “Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order”, however its configuration will have global effect, I need to assign a Primary Category for a single article. Thanks

Looking for a true Magazine Theme! I need to group articles of different categories within an issue. There are 3 issues per year and each issue has number of articles from different categories. Need to display the articles grouped in issues. Older issues are archived so for example a visitor can look at issue number x from last year and articles for that issue would show up. Does this theme do that? Would like to see some samples if possible.

Issue means a magazine issue. Like Spring 2021 Issue or 12-8 which means the Eight issue of the publication year 12, etc.
I understood. Unfortunately the theme doesn’t support to group the articles like this. We will consider to add this feature in the future

Because the PHP 8 version is now not quite stable, so I recommend you to return PHP 7.4 or 7.3 and wait for the stable version. I see these versions are still work well with most of themes and plugins at the moment. You should not upgrade to the version 8 if you don’t really need it

The official first version of PHP8 was released at November 26, 2020. Till now, the official fixed bug verstion is 8.0.2, and you think it is not stable ? Incredible !
WP and most of its plugins are updated to the PHP8. WP will release the 5.7 version in March 9, 2021 and it’ll be a version 100% compatible with PHP8.
You don’t update your theme to this PHP version, because you think by yourself : it is not stable.
Ya, there are too many warning that unnecessary in PHP 8. And many developers are waiting for the fix in the stable version of PHP. You can try to research from Google to see. Can I ask you is there any problem if you use the PHP 7.4? If there is not any problem, I recommend you to turn back this version and wait for sometime. If you use PHP 8. I can help to fix the current problem of the theme, but you may have some problem with the plugins you are using. You can send us the WP admin and we will apply the fix for you

Hi I really want to buy this theme but I tested this demo https://atbs.bk-ninja.com/suga_spacer/ in page speed insights and its score was pretty bad.
Is there a reason for the slowness? and is there a way to make it quicker? (Sorry if there is an obvious reason for this, I’m very new to website building).

We have not optimized the images so the score at page speed insight is not good. And in the web community, we don’t recommend to make the test on Page Speed insight because it doesn’t give a correct result. Can you please give a try on gtmetrix because this is a better tool that many of web creators using it for testing

The problem: my host has detected the old version of this module and it contains a major security issue. So, it is very necessary to update this plugin.

3/ Page Heading > Heading Large Line Around : Not working like this _ AAA _ but this option show _ _ AAA.
4/ [Content Section] Exclude Posts > Enable : In your document, you write: Exclude Posts those are shown on the Featued Area, but nothing change if we choose Enable or Disable.

2. In each category setting page (Posts -> Category). There is a setting panel, and if the options here will have higher priority than the option in Theme Option. So if you have setup an option here, it will override the option in theme option, please kindly check it
3 and 4. We checked and saw that there is no problem with this option. When you select the feature area to show feature posts, and this option is enabled, then the content section will not show the articles that are shown in the featured area.

That’s the lazy load, the images at the beginning will be blurred then normal. But if you don’t want that, you can disable this feature in Theme Options -> General Settings -> Lazy Load -> Disable
