Can we activate the layer slider pro. Or do we have to buy from outside?

The current copy of the slider comes bundled the theme to create great functionality and the users don’t need to pay extra for the sliders. We do include updates for the slider as and when they are released. The plugins, if added via the theme, will show as not activated. This happens because this is a bundled plugin. The plugin, however, is completely functional. The only limitation would be access to their premium content

You will have to create a custom header in this case and then add the items as custom icons instead of images if you really want them to act as menu, another method is simply using image frames but it will not be exactly the same as icons.

Hi, i checked the cart pages of the demos. They are different for each demo. I mean the design. I currently have “cafe demo” installed. But i don’t like its cart page. I want my cart page to look like the demo of “avada classic shop demo”. How to change the cart page template? I can edit the php codes. Please reply as my support has expired. The classic shop demo does not use any custom layouts (unlike the newer demos). The appearance is based simply on the settings in the theme options. I would suggest adding the demo on a test site to see what settings we have used as we can detail out the complete demo here.

However, as Shaminder mentioned, you can create a test/staging installation and import the demo on that install and check the theme options to see what styling/options are set for each specific area e.g. for WooCommerce settings, you can check the settings under Theme Options -> WooCommerce and match that on your main site.

Hi,
I login avada support but when I click my active support ticket I cannot see inside the content. In safari that is the situation. So I Iogout and login but the same thing. Then from chrome I changed the password. However the system does not accept the changed password. I cannot login. Then I go back to safari ( the password is recorded in auto) I can login with old password but the problem is still there. What can I do?

I am trying to create a content circle (instead of box), but cannot find a way to do this. I have tried uploading a jpeg circle but it throws the shape out when the browser size changes. I have tried making the square round using the theme settings but again throws the shape out when browser moves. Surely I am missing something?

You can use the border radius option in the Column settings to give it rounded edges / make it shape like an oval/circle but for a perfectly circular content box, its better to use a slider to create that specific section – like use our bundled Slider Revolution.

If we use the revolution slider can we grab the page title, featured image etc? or do you have to manually input this for each header?

You could try using the dynamic options in Slider Revolution and see if those work for you. I do know they have an option to fetch posts/pages etc in slider in some form. Please see their slider documentation for more info.

This is coming form the custom page title bar. Please edit the relevant layout by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Layout (you need to edit the page title bar layout) and you will find the image in an image element

This can most likely be your main page’s padding. You can check the page padding by going to the page builder of your page and scrolling down to fusion page options and explicitly specify the top/bottom padding for the page tab as 0px, Screenshot here
