You would not get a product key when it is bundled within a theme. You will get the latest version of it with every update of the theme is released. If you want to update ACF Pro directly, you will have to purchase it.

Yes, you need to wait for the next release of Saasland, but already have prepared the update and will upload to ThemeForest shortly. So you should get the updated version of the theme and ACF Pro by tomorrow.

We don’t have this type of widget in our theme. But we have lots flexibility, we have tabs and carousels separately, so you can achieve it by some coding.

It took some time (a few seconds) to load, but eventually it loads perfectly. May be you need a more powerful server. Also you can try by turning off the preloader.
I’ve noticed another bug with the theme. Nested subpages do not appear in the menu when viewed on a tablet in portrait mode, as shown here: https://metricmonkey.io/. Landscape mode is fine, as too on a desktop. Can you please fix ASAP

You will get lated files on your “Downloads” page in your Envato/ThemeForest account. And there is no way that links are expired, actually there is no “link” related issue. You just download the theme and it will download the latest version of the theme (3.3.5) automatically. Please do that and if you still face issues, we believe you will have to extend the support so that we can investigate your case.

Hi there, the Split Screen slider demo is still buggy and not very responsive. when I try to open it in a smartphone and then refresh the page, all things get scrambled. same as that happens in a computer screen. when I try to restore the Chrome window, texts and images go on top of each other. here is the screenshot: https://snipboard.io/7PcyVn.jpg

How can we disable the loading of the default Poppins font? We prefer the fallback to be some system font like Arial, because we do not use Poppins at all, but it costs the site an extra request and impacts performance..

1. It’s one time payment with 6 months included support. If you want to renew support after 6 months, you will have to pay for that. But if you don’t need that, it is plain $59 one time fee (excluding any VAT or TAX your country or payment method charges) and no yearly or recurring fees.
2. Yes, it is compatible with WordPress version 5.7.1.
