The last update deleted the custom CSS, leaving my site looking totally different! I had to restore from a backup. Because my support had expired a couple of weeks ago I could find no way of contacting Thimpress. I’m not impressed!

The main purpose of this theme is offline learning, but it still has the function of creating online courses. Or you can refer eduma theme.

Hi, are all pages compatible with elementor and editable by it? I read user comments where they have mentioned few important pages are not editable with it. Please explain before i buy it today.

The idea is that the people who acquire the course can by assignement upload an image with the finished craft in order to certify them.

You can use our “Content Drip add-on for LearnPress” (included with the theme) to set when users can access the lessons in the courses.
And you can use our “Coming Soon add-on for LearnPress” (free now) and you can set a published time for a course.

Hi you claim that your theme is compatible with elementor. But from what i can see from the comments not all pages are supported on elementor, for example Teacher Page! Please specify this on your sale page! So which plugin do i need to use so that i can access all the pages just as displayed on the demo? I have selected elementor, will i need to reinstall everything now?

I am sorry about this, we will edit it, currently, page Course archive, Lessons and Quiz still not edit with Elementor, we are developing that function, it will have in a new version of Learnpress
Now i reinstalled the theme using the WP bakery instead of the Elementor plugin. However Teacher page does not show.

Hi, I have bought your theme some time ago. There are a few downsides on your theme: 1. It is loading very slow… this affects the pagespeed score… The hosting I use is on SSD and it loads very fast (it is a shared hosting but I also have other websites on the same hosting and they all load very very fast but the one I have your theme installed loads very very slow…6 on the pagespeed insights…2. Why is it built so that it uses the image urls from your demo site? I mean, for the page title, the image is being called from http://kindergarten.thimpress.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/6/2019/02/bg-png-01.png.... Why? I tried to modify that in my db and my website transformed in a sketch of a website… what is this? If your website is down, my image won’t appear, why is that?
I want my website to be completely independent from your website…I paid for the theme and I don’t want to depend on your website for my website’s theme to work… I had to restore a backup from yesterday to get my website back …
Check https://www.brightkids.ro and you will see for yourself… It loads very very slow… I thought this was a temporary thing and that is why I didn’t write to you until now but the issue continues and the fact that the theme uses images from your demo website… it just adds to the slow loading of any page…
