Why did you lower the level so much? 2 weeks ago your topic was great, after the last update the site breaks, some port logos are added to the topic, do you have explanations for these things or do I have to wait 72 hours to get an answer from you?

This is because you have Imported the Demo with Visual Composer page builder and now you are editing it with Elementor Page Builder, Please note that you can only Import the one page builder demo on single site and you can only use the single page builder on single site for avoiding any inconviniance, So please reset your site, and then Import the Demo again with the particular page builder which you want to use… I am sure you will not finds this issue.

Like If you want to use Elementor Page Builder then you have to Import the Elementor version of the Demo and same as for other page builders as well.

Bugs when I hit updating theme, the website refreshes and only shows “Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.” Can not even reach the backend anymore. Had to make a hardcore backup reload of everything to old state. Please don’t make this theme worse with every update. Its getting crazy…

We are sorry for the inconviniance but there is no such issue with our latest update of the Theme, this issue is only on your site.

Here is the recommended way of Automatic update from us:

1. Take the complete backup of your site before updating the Theme for avoiding any inconvenience.
2. Deactivate all the third-party plugins before updating the Theme.
3. Take a Backup of your Custom Code and remove it from the site before an update of the Theme.
4. If you are using a Child Theme then Activate the Parent-Theme before updating the Theme.
5. Remove all the cache from your server, site and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are the changes that occur on your site after that...
6. After that go to Appearance >> Themes and update the Theme One-Click automatically from there.
7. After that go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update the Theme required/recommended plugins from there one by one.
8. After that check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are changes occur on your site after that and if all goes well then.
9. You have to again Activate the Child Theme.
10. Again activate all the third-party plugins one by one.

Finally, check back your site after removing the browser cache.

I wanted some custom customizations in the theme, the biggest one of them is to change the post type from woocommerce product to either a custom post type or to wordpress posts by removing the pricing features but having the exact same layout, Would this be possible?

I want the custom post type eg /games or posts to look exactly the same as products with the pricing features removed.

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with the same purchase code and then go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update the plugin from there.

This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce new version as it does not provide the option to set height for the product image. it automatically resizes the image based on the width you set.

And some of the product layouts are default Theme layouts with huge sizes of images, those will only be altered via Customization, You can change the default layout setting using the WooCommerce setting.

I have just tested it at my end and it is working perfectly fine for me, It must be some other issue on your site, please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

I.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI.  If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.
VII. Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still persist with the default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.

And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 18/06/2021. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Hello again my friends. I need your help please. Let me try to explain you… I want to display the menu in a mobile devices no just touching on the small arrow next to the page name which work really good, but also when you touch directly on the page name of the menu to display it down because some people can’t see the small arrow (specifically on “Talleres Unidelafe” menu) . This is the default functionality of the Theme.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, because the Parent Menu Item is also linked with any page, So when you click/tap on the Parent Menu Item it will take you to the particular page with which it is linked, So you can not set it as for open the Child Menu/Sub Menu Items or open all the menu items by default when clicked on a mobile hamburger, This requires Customization and if you want our paid Customization services you can contact our Customization team as well.
