1) Can I create a custom header layout? I mean to create a custom header from scratch and not selecting available premade headers.
2) I used to work with a theme where I can create “Blocks” of content which I can insert (use/reuse) in any page, post, widgets, etc. Then, when I edit a block I get all instances (in pages/posts/widget) updated Can I do this with your theme?
3) Using Elementor: Can I animate element on page scroll?
4) Email Template Builder (New Order, Processing, Completed, etc)

1. Yes, you can, you can create your own Custom Header with a Theme Custom Header Builder from scratch.
2. Yes, exactly the same you can do it with our Theme as well and with the same option “block”
you have to create the block and then you can use it anywhere on your site as per your requirements.
3. Yes, you can, using the provided Theme and Elementor provided options.
4. That functionality is provided by WooCommerce and you have to use WooCommerce provided option or you can go with any third-party plugin as well, our theme does not have any influence on it.
5. Yes, you can, using Theme Options functionality.
6. You can only use the single page builder on a single site at a single time, otherwise, different page builders might conflict with one another.
7. No, Sorry to say that but you can not check the backend before purchasing the Theme.

No need to purchase the Slider Revolution seperately as it is already included in the Theme package, and you can Install it from Appearance >> Install Plugins.
And the slider on Demo Shop 35 is not made using Slider Revolution but it has been made using Theme elements, and you have to edit your home page and edit those elements, Porto Carousel and the elements under it, and change anything as per your requirements.
I’m using elementor and slider doesn’t have any edit/configure option. I’m using this demo shop 35 with elementor. Can you please help me?

I imported 35 shop demo for elementor. I don’t see that edit section option for the slider. I did check the video you shared, but it’s not the way this slider is done. Can you please check this once more? I can share you screenshots if you want.

Hi Guys! I am using one of your ecomm themes. The sidebar menu, when it drops down to 2nd tier a user cannot access it on PC as it slides out at the top of the menu. How can I have the 2nd tier slide out next to the menu item instead to allow PC users to roll over and access menu items.

I just successfully installed demo content, after theme installation, using Setup wizard.
At the end of the Setup wizard, the page shows 2 buttons (at bottom) named –
1. Setup woo commerce (optional)
2. View website
Upon clicking on Setup woocomerce, it throws below error on the page –
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
What does that mean here. Why I am not allowed to access the page
The URL of that error throwing page is – “https://plushdecorarts.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=wc-setup”
How to overcome and resolve this issue
Although I am still able to login to Wordpress Admin and can view the site also

If you already Installed the WooCommerce plugin before Importing the Demo and also if you Imported the Shop/Store demo on your site, then WooCommerce is already setup on your site and you have to go to WooCommerce >> Setting for further changing…

I installed the Theme straight away and the woocommerce gets installed with the Theme itself (not prior to that).
After installing the Demo and completing the Setup Wizard only, that page shows up, with 2 options –
1. Setup woo commerce (optional)
2. View website
Although as per your suggestion, I checked and found that Woocommerce > Settings is showing up and the page is also opening directly from Left bar of the Wordpress dashboard.
Upon looking into URL, I found that there is one Eye-Catcy difference between the 2
1. The URL from the button of the Setup wizard – “Setup woo commerce (optional) ” reads “https://plushdecorarts.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=wc-setup”
2. However, the URL directly from Wocommerce > Settings reads like – “https://plushdecorarts.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings”
There is a difference of “Admin.php” and Index.php text in both the URLs
Probably this might be making the difference and hence the error
I think the URL might have been set incorrectly by mistake, on that Button that shows up after the Setup Wizard.

Sorry to say that but this is not our Theme issue and this is migration as well, which is not covered in the Theme support policy and the issue you are facing is because of the migration, and those permission issues are hosting issues, if you check the source code of those images as well, you will find the images are not there, so you have to upload and set the images again or try to contact your hosting provider and ask to solve all of your issues related to migration: https://postimg.cc/FYq63BCP
OR you can migrate your site again with any third-party plugin like the Duplicator WordPress plugin.
I checked your documentation, that is very well-written. However, I still have few queries for which I could not find answer there. Would highly appreciate if you could please answer queries point wise and help me resolve my concerns-
1. On the below theme’s docs page regarding theme update, I wanted to know-

If we use 1-Click theme update, then also do we have to remove the previous installed version of Porto. If so, how will the 1-Click Auto-update option triggers up. As, if we delete the folder from cPanel > File Manager and then comes back to WordPress and refresh the page, there won’t be any Porto theme and hence, no notification for 1-Click update.
Does that mean, that with the Launch of 1-Click update, we don’t need to Delete the Porto Folder any more. Nor we have to Deactivate the theme and Re-activate some other theme, during 1-Click update process.
2. Another option on the same docs page (at bottom)- “HOW TO UPDATE YOUR THEME VIA WORDPRESS”
This has bit different steps, but it is Still the update directly from the WordPress Admin Panel like above 1-click optoin. So what is the difference between two, this one, and the above one (1-Click from Wordpress dashboard)
In step 1 of Update theme via WPress, you suggested – “you can delete the porto theme”.
Does that refer (after logging into cPanel) Deleting the Porto Folder by going to the File manager > Public_html> wp-content > themes folder, and their completely deleting the folder.
3. If after installation of theme, if we found WordPress Update notification on Dashboard of WP, then shall we update the Wordpress from within, even if theme has No such updates. Or we first have to find out whether the theme is compatible with New WPress update or not.
In either case, shall we first update the theme and then Wordpress, or Vice versa.
4. My WPress dashboard says below version-
Current version: 5.7.2
Is it the latest working version of WordPress.
Is the latest version of theme is also matching with this last version of WordPress
5. If we choose the Traditional update method, by deleting the Porto Folder and then try to install the theme either via FTP or Wordpress, then will it again gives the same informative screen (everytime) of SYSTEM Status, that checks for PHP limits with the hosting and shows Green Tick and Red colored Cross icons for “PHP memory limit”, Max exec time” and others.
6 .upon checking PHP version, I found that it is 7.3.28
Is this perfectly fine and work perfectly with updated theme version.
Or, do I need to have PHP updated too

1. With the Launch of the 1-Click update, you don’t need to Delete the Porto Folder anymore. Nor you have to Deactivate the theme and Re-activate some other theme, during the 1-Click update process.
2. No this is different as of the 1-Click update, 1-Click update will show the update link on the Theme as showing in this screenshot: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/assets/images/porto_update1.png and with WordPress update, you have to delete the old Theme first and then upload the new Theme again, and Yes with WordPress update you can simply delete the complete Theme folder as well.
3. We always update our Theme frequently to make it compatible with the very latest version of the WP and Plugins, and most of the time the WP update works fine with our Theme so you can simply update the WP from WordPress Dashboard or via any means, but we always recommended to take the complete backup of your site before doing any action for avoiding any inconvenience…
4. The latest version of the theme is fully compatible with WordPress version 5.7.2, so you can go with it.
5. Yes, it will give the same informative screen (every time) of SYSTEM Status but the Theme version will be changed as of the latest one.
6. The latest version of the Theme is fully working fine with your PHP version 7.3, however, if you will update the PHP version as 7.4 then it will also provide you the best performance with some plugins as well comes with the Theme package.
